Now I've been a huge fan of Jajoe since back in the day, now for those of you who don't know, Jajoe didn't always use their standup style techniques. Back in the day they used what's called wave technique? Which is more of a custom martial arts style like using chi? Instead of silly kiddy shit like the standups, okay?

Can you enlighten me as to what a "twink fighter" is?

Its Dave's stupid attempt at a joke.
He called BlazBlue "Super Twink Fighter".
Twink is a slang for a young/boyish/handsome looking gay man.
And since the anime characters in BlazBlue look the part, he just changed the words from "Super Street Fighter" to "Super Twink Fighter"

Yeah, just to summarize, "twink" is a term from the gay community that refers to a young male with boyish or sometimes even feminine features, and who is usually stylish.
I'm fairly sure the term was more common in the early days of WoW, leading to alternate accounts to be referred to as 'twinks' because they were usually tricked out with nice, stylish armor from their higher level accounts, but were 'younger' relative to the main account. At least that's what I always assumed the origin to be.
Phil absolutely uses the term to describe fighting games that use anime visuals, referring to their propensity to use slim, stylish male characters over the bulked up, manly muscle men that Phil much prefers to look at.

I've never heard anyone else refer to anime fighters using this term.

I swear in the past 8 weeks he said he had been out running errands and grocery shopping while Khet stayed at home playing vidya. Now he hasnt been in months ?

So he has clearly been making up stories about his day off. Essentially he has all food and groceries delivered and never leaves the house.

So he has clearly been making up stories about his day off. Essentially he has all food and groceries delivered and never leaves the house.

He has said several times that he does not get groceries delivered in that time as well, so he was outright lying if that was the case and finally slipped.
He did go on to say that it was the first time that the store had the things he was looking for in stock, so you could theorize that he's a retard and just meant this is the first 'successful' grocery shopping trip in months.

But I don't know why he would phrase it like that, and it doesn't explain what they did if they didn't have 'groceries' for the last two months (other than Door Dashing every single meal). The simpler explanation is that he lied and had groceries delivered. There's really no interpretation of what he said that doesn't require money to have been burned and lies to have been told.

I think you've all misconstrued what he said. He didn't say that was the first time he'd gone shopping in 2 months, he actually said it was the first time he'd gone shopping in 2 months where they had everything he usually buys. That the supply chains have been screwed up for the last 2 months.

I assume he's just been buying alternatives to what he usually would buy. This is how I interpreted the rant anyway.

That is possible, though it's also a problem with how he phrases it.
"In reality, this is probably the first time... that I went grocery shopping in about... two months - ever since that snow storm we had at Christmas. Yes. Over two months. Every time I've gone grocery shopping, this store has been out of shit."
This could definitely be intended to be one sentence that contains a side-thought in the middle and is grammatically incorrect.

But I refuse to believe that someone who is a career entertainer and is a self-proclaimed adept at public speaking would craft a sentence this poor to express what is a fairly simple point...
Phil would never.

Thats a twink where you have access to better loot at lower levels than you would. Originally WoW your non white gear would be lower level than you would normally be.

Later, and what this is probably talking about is that WoW introduced "twink gear" which is stuff that scales with your level and gives you an exp boost, as well as being the best gear you will have at that level.

But it shows that DSP once again makes up shit that already exists and doesn't fit what he thinks it does

I think he waddles around the grocery store, cynically hating everybody he sees, then flops through the door with a huge sigh, handcart behind him, and immediately sits down and DoorDashes for food.

His big eventful day out a week (aka his "exercise" lmao) is spending 2 hours doing what the average middle-aged housewife does that she would consider the easiest part of her week.

That's what I think. Him lying for a couple months about going out to do shopping is certainly plausible, and he loves having shit delivered these days, but Phil is a creature of routine and by all accounts he loves wandering around malls and going grocery shopping. He's a mallrat. I don't think he'd give that up just because Kat would rather play Skyrim.

We all know he has full conversations with himself, he'd happily take himself out on a mall date.

Anyone who uses Doordash as much as DSP does is also using Shipt.

If DSP was doing his own shopping then we would have a once a month rant about how Safeway was out of gin Fruity Pebbles or how they carry the wrong cans of tomatoes for his authentic Italian sauce.

The fact that he isn't constantly bitching about his grocery store escapades is proof enough for me that he doesn't do it.

Anime fighters. He's had a hate boner for the since people stopped playing Super Turbo back in the day and moved onto games like Guilty Gear Accent Core and Blazblue. "Twink Fighter" in general stemmed from when he and one of his CT drones were walking by a Blazblue set up, during which Phil called it "Twink Fighter" and "a game for Twinks".
