Its possible to draw both big boobs and buldges whitout making it nessacarly sexual. Yes these things are natural parts of the body , but someones artstyle and the clothes/setting they draw in, will have an affect on if these things will look sexual. It will always look a bit out of place with a very cartoony style , but aside from that, autumn obviously draws attention to these parts by using revealing, thight clothes and fetishy body shapes and poses.
