Looks like the hearing isn't going to happen. So the motion to appear by teleconference has been denied. Bummer drag batman.

Poor Judge won't get to meet Melinda. Sad
My guess is the court has had it with this shit and is ready to clear it off its docket.

I'm perplexed at why it even initially ordered hearings on these issues only to come back a day later with "uh, actually, let's not." Was Null's motion to appear holographically what triggered it? Or did the magistrate judge just lose track of which case this was in the many months it's been sitting around with no progress?

The reason given on the docket was that the court read Josh's reply and realized neither he nor his lawyer were local and decided this case was just too stupid to make it worth calling in the tech guy to set up Zoom.

Just want to point out that Rekieta isn't streaming tonight. 0/2 there @Useful_Mistake
I didn't claim he said that about today's stream. He didn't give an actual date, just said said he was planning to. Given that he had a guest stream planned, I assume this means his next stream might be about this.

Seemingly. The court mentioned it changed its mind because the "unavailability of the parties", so that would make sense.

It could also be that he realized the shear costs that would be further dumped on the defendant and simply said "enough of this shit".

If the judge allowed Null to appear via Zoom, that wouldn't have been a problem. Well, other then the fact that Null would have to pay Hardin
