Yeah, you can't mention Onlyfans like Youtube and usually only get suspended for the first infraction. Speaking of Onlyfans there was someone on there who was filming for Onlyfaands and "hit the wrong button." she basically spread everything and did the girly version of goatsee. She was only suspended for a few days and came back with 2k followers. But she was a partner and Chantal probably wasn't even an affiliate. Twitch is hard to say if she will be back since they once they banned a guy for putting socks in his shirt to look like boobs.

IF Twitch was a permaban then and say I was a streamer, and I just had Chantal on Discord with me not even visually on the stream, that could get me banned on Twitch. I just went and checked the Twitch, it's a temp ban, not a permeate one (You wouldn't be able to find the page if it was gone, it wouldn't just say a Twitch ban. Probably 3 days since it's her first offense.

TeamYouTube is also, in this tweet, cautioning her to chill since they already have her submitted appeal. I.e., not a great idea to jump on Twatter, putting YT publically on the spot and this bizzness in the digital street...plus, it's not optimal for her to tweet she's going to tweet about this every day until they return their judgment on her channel termination.

If this is what YT points Chins to as their official reply, it doesn't look good for Chantal's return to YooToob.

These are automated bot responses. This is the standard response usually when people tweet at team youtube about a terminated account if they have already submitted an appeal. It's pretty hard to get a human to respond via Twitter, but when they do they'll ask that you dm them. Other than that it's always a bot that responds.

So, I'm watching one of Chins' recent Patreon streams. She's in a blue ??? (It looks like a bra, but she called it a night outfit of some sort?). She seems to touch on returning to Youtube on a channel not owned by herself (like a Keemstar thing). To be clear, she says she won't and doesn't want to do ban evading, but her beezers seem to be telling her that it wouldn't be ban evading. In general, someone else makes a channel and she just "guests" on it.

This woman is stoned out of her mind and mumbling about what ever the chat brings up or floats through her skull. Anyone who would make a channel in their name and give her access to stream on it would have to be a certifiable moron. She's a drug addict who, despite all that has happened in the last week, still hasn't hit bottom.

There's two prongs with why the system is so shit.

First, video streaming is an inherently cumbersome task because it is resource heavy in multiple ways. It has high bandwidth requirements, high storage requirements, and also needs post-processing which needs a video card to be done quickly. Most servers simply don't have a video card because in the world of command lines, it is only needed for processing videos. Each of these are expensive. Combined they're over the heads of most would-be entrepreneurs.

Second, finances. Imagine you're writing a business proposal. You outline the above expenses. Now you need to explain your income. How do you make money through this streaming service? YouTube, after being adopted by Google, ran at a loss for years until they fucked it over to make it ad friendly. Then they added superchats. That's basically your revenue, advertisers and superchats.

Google brought to the table the single largest ad network to ever exist: Google AdSense. YouTube had issues with advertisers whinging but finding advertisers was already done. The superchat idea was popularized on Twitch, and as Google fights to keep YouTube relevant by adding streaming (Twitch) and shorts (TikTok), those made their way over to YouTube too.

To run your own ads you'd basically have to broker a relationship with advertisers directly. Or, you'd need sponsorships like Coldest. To do superchats you'd need a relationship with the payment processor. Both sponsorships and payment processors are major Karen vectors and to be quite honest they are so fickle and arbitrary in when and how they choose to terminate business relations you don't even need Karens or Vordraks to find an email telling you that a 3rd party has randomly decided you don't get to make money anymore.

Once you factor in things like audience and growth it falls apart. Who streams on your service? People banned from YouTube and Twitch, i.e. people who are already advertiser unfriendly and likely to bring over complainees who will attack your income sources.

This is the same lazy gunt that realised "oh derr hurr I can stop editing videos and just live stream constantly". She laid the groundwork for OF a year ago and fucked it up.
