Are you sure Asahina Akane is the right person you're thinking of? She only has one alternate outfit and it doesn't make her look that much older, maybe more mature since she drops the frizzy hair and schoolgirl outfit.

Following anime rules she basically goes from 16 to 21, seems like a big jump in presentation to me. Compare it to Chigusa that has a alternate outfit where her features are basically the same. I was curious if she retconned it in some ways.
