I couldn't find this reveal documented anywhere, so for archival purposes.
Metokur admitted that he went by @DCDaecon in 2011 a misspelling of Pete Hines twitter account @DCDeacon .
Pete Hines was and continues to be the Vice President and head of PR & Marketing at Bethesda.
Metokur used the moniker to reply to people who tweeted to Pete to get them into fights with Pete and also to get quotes mis-attributed to Pete.

I want to see Yu-Gi-Oh youtubers embed their videos into fake cards, like this guy does with Paint. I don't even watch Yu-Gi-Oh youtubers, but this reminded me of when I used to make fake cards as a kid, and I bet it would be a huge hit.

I had been under the impression that this was Mr. “Intellectual Checkmate” Goronchev. For those who don’t know, that’s this guy:
If you look at the background of the picture, it’s similar to Goronchev’s room from that era (sometime between 2008 - 2012). Similar facial structure as well, and of course the hat. I believe Jim used to troll Goronchev back in the day, so it’s possible Jim put out a fake “face doxx” of himself just to fuck with him.

BUT, Jim‘s stories usually check out. If he doesn’t want to talk about something, he will usually say so, rather than lie (he did however admit to putting out fake info to keep people guessing). The way he discussed this picture, I don’t think he sounded sarcastic. And, after looking at this picture again, I do see a resemblance to his father, Brian Patrick O’Shaughnessy. So I’m now leaning toward this being a genuine pic. Corroboration needed.
