Busy morning here.

Had some thoughts while at the commissary. Some thin shelves, some prices up, some down.

If the Russians are carrying out air attacks against western Ukraine, it behooves all concerned to be very careful.

If the Russians' airborne radars/radar detection equipment is as badly-maintained as their tanks/trucks/etc., that's a problem.

On the Uke/NATO side, we have AWACS coverage of western Ukraine. Am sure we also have SAM missile radars, probably Patriots, in action, protecting eastern Poland. Likely also have Uke air defense radars in action.

A Patriot missile system's radars will have a different "signature' than what the Ukes use. Let us hope Russian attack aircraft's electronic detection equipment can tell the difference between Patriot radars and Uke radars. LAST thing ANYONE needs is for a Russian plane to launch a radar-homing missile against a Patriot radar in Poland.
