I know Soylent but is Huel that bad? Never heard of that one before, though I think a few YouTubers shilled Huel before a while ago.
Most of those "total nutrition" drinks are awful for you. Huel is (probably?) better than most but it still has a lot of seed oil in it. Granted ground sunflower seeds are better than pure rapeseed oil, but it's still not as good a fat source as a powdered milk product or meat proteins.
I mean Borb consumes all those meal replacement shakes as her only food source as far as I remembered. That alone should be good reason enough to avoid all of that stuff since they're essentially fancier versions of that.
