Call me late and gay but I just finished listening to that entire beatdown by the judge on Greer for the Arianna lolsuit. I can't imagine how you get beat down so badly like that and continue filing shit
That's because you are aware you don't know everything, and that you can make mistakes. Russ thinks everyone else is an idiot and doing things wrong. The judge explained he filed in bad faith, and explained that bad faith has a specific legal meaning when Russ insisted he'd filed in good faith. Russ ignored that because it didn't fit with the script in his head. He can't accept he's anything less than perfect, so admitting he doesn't know something or that he's wrong would be a massive wound to his ego.

When Dildo Saggins recuperated from his narcissist injury, he claimed judge was fake and biased, didn't allow him to show his incredible evidence. In small claim courts, you don't actually need real judge, you can get some local lawyer working pro bono, right?

He did some event rewriting in book as well I think; which is especially funny because we do have hard proof of what actually took place. The judge totally yelled at him, mhm.

I found a few moments in there when the judge asked him a specific question that required a short and brief answer but Russell went into some long winded, let me explain answer which was just pure perfection.

That's why he is suing kiwi farms. To make sure we have to take down everything and the book is the only source for his beat down. (I mean, besides the actual transcripts and court rulings but the pipsqueak doesn't think that far ahead)

I can bet money Russholio did rehealsal to the point he made a general script of what judge would say or do. He was incredibly confused to ad-lib, but he had moments of clarity when judge got "on the script" and asked question he was prepared for. :story:

Russell: I had talked with General Counsel and they said
Judge: I don't care what they said
Russell: :coom:

My favorite part was when he said, "I have a thousand followers on Facebook".

The judge's response was beautiful. Just the way he said it. "I don't caaaaaare, sir..." I wasn't even the one getting told off, and it made my stomach drop.

Does he pull/repost the announcement because Yovanna will get a new notification every time? Maybe he thinks if he pings her enough on the same post she'll magically fall in love with him support his plights?

Even if she gets one, he might "reach out" again to see if she changed her mind.

The audio recording of the AG trial was the most brutal thing I've ever listened to. You'd think after that legal beat down, that would end Russ' letigious streak, but that dumb rat-mouthed goblin never learns.

Did I ever tell you

The compilation of his facebook posts at the end showing exactly what he thought would happen in court vs what actually happened is pretty telling to the pipsqueak

He was absolutely astonished that the judge wouldn't let him show his "evidence." As was explained, he couldn't even state a claim on which relief could be granted, so was exactly would the evidence support?

He tried saying his cause was Negligence per se. Then the judge explained that to him and he instantly backtracked

The judge also stated that the case was filed in bad faith, and that alone was grounds for dismissal. Russ protested that it was filed in good faith, but the judge made it clear that Russ didn't know that good faith has a specific legal definition, and it doesn't mean "I think I'm right."

That audio shows the real Greer. He is tough behind a keyboard and filing lolsuits but when it comes to having to show the goods,he falls to pieces and tries the victim card.
Listen to how he stumbles trying to explain to the judge. He can barely get 2 sentences out before he gets lost.
Oh he can explain but when the Judge asks him a direct question and expects a direct answer instead of Russ rambling..that really shows why Russ is " best".

It's yet another case where he puts in the absolute minimum, or really, even less than that, and expects an amazing result.

Even a mush-mouthed retard like Russhole could manage to spend an hour or two memorizing at least some of the things he'd probably be asked and at least be able to recite them back when relevant. Even some shit-tier public defender would do that, and he's just representing yet another fucking criminal who is guilty anyway and who just cost him another precious little bit of the faith in humanity he used to have.

Russhole is in his personal "trial of the century" about his horrible plights, the most important thing in his life, and can't bother to show up on time, even understand what a cause of action is, or what evidence is, and what you need to do to get it in.

Remember how initially he wanted a jury trial for his suit against Taylor? He would have absolutely obliterated if he got up in front of twelve people and rambled on about how Taylor owed him fame and fortune because she did nice things for other fans. All her lawyers would have had to do was point out how she more often than not refused requested from fans for various reasons. They could have said Russ should have looked at all the times she said no and concluded a positive response wasn't a given. For those of you taking notes, what Russ did is a fine example of confirmation bias. He only considered the results that favored his conclusion, while ignore the far larger amount of results that did not support his conclusion.

Given how much of a clueless dork he is about the law, I'm surprised he hasn't tried to sue a judge that's dismissed one of his suits. That's one of the fastest ways to get slapped with an order for pre-filing review from what I understand from the lawyers in this thread.

I think a lawyer would love to have a jury trial. Just let Russell explain why Taylor Swift owes him fame and then cross examination is just going over his history to the jury. 12 normal people who don't want to be selected for jury duty having to listen to why this fuckface thinks he should be famous and then getting a history lesson into him doing this? They would come back with the death penalty for Russ

While I hope he ends up suing a judge, I think there have been different judges in every case. I :optimistic: think that he also realizes he wouldn't be able to do these bullshit filings anymore if he started suing judges

It was so gutwrenching to hear. Judge was trying his best to babysit him through whole process HE should be doing by himself; just to explain to him in detail why and how he was wrong, so he wouldn't do the same mistake again. I am third party to this and I felt ashamed by proxy.

And everything was ultimately pointless because Russ rewrote everything in his mind and ignored the lesson. :stress:

On AGT case, the judge is now free to do the ruling and pass it off to arbitration, right? But might be busy with actual important cases which need attention? I really, really wanted Russ to reply but it seems it's not happening this time :heart-empty: Russ really need some platform to ramble on; Youtube, Facebook, Twitch, whatever. I would be willing to pay him just to see his "content". Rereading thread from the start, there was so much milk flowing in on almost everyday basis. I think hounding him just like what happened on Reddit not too long ago was a bad thing to do.

He may be aware judges have immunity from lawsuits over performance of their duties. So do juries.
