So an unnamed pro says it's ok "to cheese." Why did he need some authority to tell him what he could or couldn't do? Ohhh right because his ego is now tied to his Elden Ring playthrough.

You can cheese all you want Phil, but you lose your ability to grandstand over others and say "this game was easy, and I just happen to get really good."

So keep your arrogance to a minimum if you are planning on using all the crutches you can find to beat this game.

It may be fun for some playthroughs to mess around with the A.I. and try to break the game in your favor but when I play the game, or watch others, I prefer to actually abide by the rules instead of "cheesing the game". I feel like this is also something that you don't want in an RPG since it breaks immersion.

Now, Phil. Proceed to stall right before the boss fight leveling up your incantation charm to shoot lightning. This will be really good at the boss since it's large and will flail around like a pissed off snake and don't want to risk dying and looking like a retard.

Also make sure to level some random fuckin ice weapon that shoots icicles out with the R2. Gotta stay away and range him despite the weapon not benefiting from your build.



Edit: Same mannerisms like the Godrick fight. Doing live commentary on boss patterns. Sounds like he's just copying some "pro" soul streamer. Next level pro strat out of his asshole. This is terrible acting. Frozen weapon he randomly wanted to start using on a boss fight of all things, are really good because of cold build up. It's essentially BLEED in these games.
