Basically they're saying originally they weren't allowed to so much as look at civilians even, but now they were given the order to take out anyone who goes in their direction regardless of age or combatant status as things went badly before. They talk about shooting three people who were for some reason pointing a flashlight onto them.

In other words, if someone is going in their direction it is assumed they are a combatant at this point. Considering Ukraine armed civilians, it's less crazy than just shoot everyone randomly. The tone of the discussion is very exasperated as well, as if the people talking don't like what's happening but can't find a better solution.
Well, the better solution is "Don't invade a neighboring country where the civilians will happily take up arms and kill the invaders if their government just hands them a rifle and some ammo."

Unfortunately most of the Russian troops don't have that option available to them thanks to Putin and their generals.

The Russians didn't bring enough material into the initial invasion to maintain three massive urban sieges. Their entire force should have been concentrated on taking each city one at a time in methodical procession. Instead they tried to hit everything at once in a massive decapitation strike and have opened the door to a Defeat in Detail. Ukraine still has Freedom of Maneuver west of the Dneiper and is continuing to gather more forces while Russia is scrambling, apparently bringing in Syrian troops and trying to get Belarus involved.
Like I've said before I get the impression that the Russians were more or less expecting invading Ukraine to be Crimea 2.0. Not realizing how much Ukraine's army learned from their failures back then and took steps to improve, nor did they realize how much bad blood seizing Crimea and supporting the breakaway republics created.

With that in mind and given where they've attacked and what they've done, my guess would be that Russia's general plan for the invasion was:

1) Secure the water supply to Crimea.
2) Secure a land route to Crimea along the coast, including securing the coast, ports, cities, etc along the way.
3) Take Kiev, ideally decapitating the government, most of whom they expected to run as soon as the invasion started and the city was threatened.
4) Secure the remainder of the coast to put Russia in full control of Ukraine's water rights claims. and landlock Ukraine.
5) Secure the full oblasts for the breakaway republics.
6) Install a puppet government for whatever they planned for the remainder of Ukraine in the long term.

At that point they could absorb the conquered areas in the south and east, putting most of the "Russian" population of Ukraine in Russia and giving Russia all the desirable Black Sea resources that Ukraine currently has claim to. While in the north they could either keep the conquered areas, or return them and Kiev to a "neutral" Ukraine government that's a puppet of Russia.

With not enough invasion resources for the amount of resistance Ukraine's actually put up, they've stalled out while barely accomplishing goals 1&2, while making only limited progress on goals 3&5, with goals 4&6 on hold until they get the rest of their shit in order. If people were willing to negotiate, they could probably negotiate a partial accomplishment of goals 1, 2, and 5, but everyone's still more or less playing hardball right now.

You know using hyperbole in a conflict where the reports are one-sided by the aggrieved party, and proved to be untrue most of the time, makes your posts easily dismissed?
Okay, how would you describe an urban battle where neither side can disengage or advance and are instead forced to throw bodies into the meat grinder until something gives? A good time? A vodka social? Maybe a mostly peaceful firefight?

The big difference though is Russia doesn't have the forces to concentrate. Their entire western army has become engaged along a 1,000 kilometer front and is in a death struggle with three urban centers. The soviets ended the winter war by bring up another wave of soldiers as big as the initial invasions and just charging straight foreword as you said. Putin does not have that luxury.
they havent atacked city centers at all, they want peace as fast as possible.
a Fight street to street is way to costly for them and its not needed, Ukraine will fold without.

Their credibility's under big ass doubt. They've already "eliminated" several generals, namely Gerasimov. Apparently, with no proofs. Also, "intercepted messages" are easy to manufacture.
I thought the Russian's did confirm that one of them, Suhovetsky was killed? As for Gerasimov some western intelligence agencies seem to think that one is likely true. It's not so much the contents of intercepted messages, as it is the patterns and chatter. When the Operational Chief of Staff in a warzone gets taken out you can see a reflection of this in the intercepted communications patterns. While I don't think it is 100% confirmed, the various spies and NATO electronic eavesdropping people seem to put it somewhere between "strong possibility" and "likely".

Currently stateside, the kiked nigger lovers in Congress passed a bill to help Ukraine.

They also snuck in two gun control bills to fuck with people who don't pass the NCIS and a red flag law basically.

Never let a crisis go to waste.

Those uniforms have a heavy Tron energy.
Apparently they are now taking the airfield(s):
This is the first Russian video of anything I have seen.

Oh lol, Google Translate tells me this is the checkmarked channel of the Russian ministry of defence.
Interesting. Better delete RT and Sputnik, but keep this?

This is from the beginning of the war.

Doubt it, at the very least Kiev will need to be taken, and they've been stuck in the suburbs with barely any progress for days now and it's not fully encircled.

Sounds about right actually.
The time this needed to go through all kinds of editing and declassifying was probably enormous.
Looks a lot more organized than the Ukrainians so far tbh, but if it wasn't, it obviously wouldn't have been released lol

Meanwhile Ukrainians and Redditors shit out more footage on Twitter/TikTok by the second.

"Last time we got like 2000 troops from LNR who want to fight. There isn't much left of them *unintelligble* 20-25. Around 2000 more are coming from DNR."
"Why won't take more?"
"They can't. There are civvies. Until now we weren't even allowed to look at them, and now we are ordered to fuck em all, civvies, children not children, all of them. There ain't much of us in here. We are surrounded. How surrounded, well we are in the a military city, there's a lot of old hardware and all. A lot of 9 floor tall buildings. Everyone who points you with a flashlight, no matter what they do, fuck them. Just now a sniper at the watchtower killed 3 people who were pointing a flashlight at us, got down, reloaded, and said "now we can sleep easy". Well, it seemed like nothing, but really shit here is fucked up. Recently they loaded a lot of "200"s and "300"s, shit was going down there, fuck. "200"s are for the dead and "300"s are for injured."
"Why are they called "200"s and "300"s"
"That's what they call them in military, "200"s are for the dead, "300"s for injured, "400"s are for chemically injured. Generally people die from a shrapnel, you know when artillery or " Grads" shoot, the shells explode into shards and shrapnel. People mostly die because of the explosions and shards"

People speaking were middle Eastern, maybe chechens I dunno.
Hope russian glowies wont kick my door down and shove bottle up my ass for translating military speak and stuffs.

RT provides commentary and fights against the narrative pushed by the kike lovers in Washington.

Plus they been targetting RT ever since Crimea was taken in 2014 and Trump winning 2016, between both events, the shitlibs have wanted to destroy RT America by blaming partially for why people hated Hillary.

This sounds par for the course if you get the civilians involved as a resistance force.
Just look at how twitchy the forces in all the Middle Eastern countries got.

Of course this is released to create outrage, so who knows if it's actually real or not.
It would fit the situation kind of, so maybe some smart-ish gay op.

Funny how that works, eh?
Before RT came into focus back then, they couldn't give two shits about Russian media.

It reminds me of that Tiny Trump meme, where Redditors photoshopped Trump to look short as an insult. Mainstream outlets tried pushing it, but it didn't stick at all (because the left can't meme).

Monkey Putin is about as retarded. It doesn't look like Putin if you weren't already primed to look for him, and "monkey" doesn't come to mind at all when you think Putin. Monkey GW Bush actually worked, because, well, look at Dubya's face:

From what I have heard, the Monke Putin meme is a joke from /int/ on 4chan where they post it to fuck with some Putin loving janny over there.

But doesn't feel insulting towards Putin because he isn't a darkie to begin with.
