Yeah, he's a low-IQ narcissist, and he can't hide what he is for long. I love how he insists he's a nice guy when his mask (such as it is) slips the instant a women doesn't respond to him right away or he gets any pushback at all. I've worked with people who are legit intellectually disabled (IQ below 70) who are better at manipulating people than Russ is.
A lot of shitty people love to hide behind Howard Stern a lot when they're called out for their comments. Darksydephil also throws that excuse out quite a bit. I totally agree. Russell feels like guilt-free fun. He's not bullying lesbians into sucking his dick or wasting thousands of dollars of expensive medical care for attention or starving his football team of children for Jesus. Russell's #1 victim is himself, and #2 is Null's money.

If Russ were a few IQ points higher he'd probably be a horrorcow like Isabella Janke. He'd still be a colossal fuckup but he'd have some ability to manipulate people in the short term and would sometimes be able to spin a web of lies convincing enough to get what he wanted done. What he'd want done (sucking him his penis aside) would still be absolutely idiotic and lead to disaster but he'd actually have done something.

He'd still be trying to get famous by forcing an already famous person to "get him in the biz." His ego won't let him start at the bottom like everyone else. He'd still be a shitty songwriter because he doesn't think he needs to improve. He might be able to comprehend the fact that unsolicited policies aren't discriminatory, and that the ADA doesn't mean he gets special treatment. He'd still demand it because he's Russ and he deserves it, but he might be at least dimly aware that he can't use the ADA to get what he wants. He'd still find a reason to sue though.
It wouldn't work with Russ. He has a literal mental block as to how the world works. In his mind, the world should fall in line with his fantasies, and he ignores everything that doesn't line up with his delusions. Unless, of course, reality intrudes in a way he cannot ignore.
One of those fantasies is that he's the only guy in the whole world who's nice to hookers, and as such, they should be grateful he wants to fuck him and give him a discount, or do it for free and leave the business and be his willing sex slave. He was absolutely floored when a hooker told him he was far from the only guy who nice to hookers and he should stop expecting special treatment. He was speechless. He doesn't know what to do when someone confronts his delusions head on.
