It's a sculpture called "Mother Bird" I believe, from a Japanese sculptor who specialises in horror props. I think it was displayed in an exhibition of his along with his other works. The photos have been circulating for years, but in recent memory a suicide challenge hoax was made using it. The work itself isn't even called Momo.
