Dr. Rachel McKinnon / Dr. Veronica Ivy / Rhys McKinnon / Rachel Veronica McKinnon / Foxy Moxy / SportIsARight - failed out of a tenured job,man who competes in womens sports, gained like 100 lbs in 2022 (page 813), comically fell off bike before a race (page 830)

The poor guy probably never wants to hear Rhys' name again. :sighduck:

I guess the other question is: can you make an FOIA request without doxing yourself to the world? Is "The list of people who made FOIA requests" itself FOIA-able?
Not in my country, but the person who is named in the request is entitled to respond to it. So word can get out pretty quickly. If you have a reason for the office to try and protect your identity, you usually can ask, but they will warn you that people can usually tell who is requesting the information by what they ask for.

I probably would not mention in any of this that you want documents (or information) so you can post them to a Nazi stalker forum that murders trans people however.

Dear Airdrop Shitposts

please find enclosed the records for Rhys 'peanut' McKinnon, with humorous observations in the margins and several transphobic photoshops in the addendum.

Actually, yes, you can request a list of the requests on a subject. Most groups will include this automatically in their requests. Usually the only identifying information is a name and nowdays an e-mail though. In many instances they don't have to, and won't, confirm you actually exist as that person or anything though. Here's an example of a FOIA list (150 pages) one group got asking who had FOIA'd records on the Gulf War: https://www.nfoic.org/gulf-war-logs/

Of course, it might even be possible for one of us to just e-mail the chair and say something like we saw what Rhys was posting online, etc. and were curious about it and get some dirt back. Professors will reply to some of the weirdest things provided there's no kind of legal gag involved. Along similar lines, a first step for anyone interested in going down the path of FOIAing Rhys-related records/documents would probably be e-mailing the college's legal office to ask what kinds of things can be easily requested regarding a professor. They can help put into more general terms what some of the stuff like "legal records" or whatever actually applies to.

Any email to CofC faculty or staff to their .edu can be requested. Colleges have a specific person to handle FOIA usually in the general counsel's office. They are not supposed to ask why you are requesting the documents. You can submit a request under a sock account unless they ask you to pay. Here is a guide from the SC Press Association.

So what you're saying is we can get all the rape threats and virtual murders that gave Rhys CPTSD and shaky hands?

Let's have a challenge, we'll read through his entire inbox in chronological order and the last person to stay untraumatized wins.

The FOIA request asks for the name of the custodian of records. Who would that be, Krasnoff?
Probably someone in HR or Legal whose job it is to handle this for the university, not a department chair.

It would be legal. I used to work in HR for a quasi-governmental entity, and I had to meet with legal often about what records we were allowed to release when we got a FOIA request and what we wouldn't due to legitimate privacy concerns. I'm sure that C of C has a very similar if not identical process. For example, anything related to health issues is out because of HIPAA, anything that involved interactions with certain public entities was in, anything that was personal correspondence that had no bearing on the person's position or work responsibilities was out, etc.

If the person processing the request either doesn't give a shit, or actively dislikes the subject of the request (a genuine possibility given Troony McTroonface's general abrasiveness and unlikeability) you'll get everything you asked for except things that would violate state or federal law to release.

Well this is interesting. He did a single speaking gig the first month he left CofC. That was the Smercornish interview. Then nothing until The Hill's gay thing, them the Smercornish radio interview, then the UK bicycle thing, and finally the super embarrassing "physicians" panel. Assuming each pays as much as CNN (they don't), he made around $60k speaking last year.

The thing is, he was making that plus his CofC paycheck. Sorry bud, you can't paint this as a win. Sure he's not starving, but he's not living on his own either. He can proclaim his success all day and night, but we've seen where he lives.

Oh yeah, Brad Dirks, have fun dipshit! He's your problem now.
I love this. “Apparently.” Like Rhys’ legions of admirers happened to mention in passing, but Miss Rhys is far too busy being the world’s greatest athlete and the world’s smartest woman to even look at social media. No, fat boy, you read it here, because you’re obsessed with what people are saying about you and we’re the only ones who give a shit. Also, lose some weight.

I also like Dirks, throwing unintentional shade by clearly having only the vaguest idea of who Rhys actually is. Fatty used being trans to spring to stardom, now it’s all anyone remembers about him.
That's my personal biggest issue with enabling male transitioners even though it's fun to clown on them because they're ridiculous. They do worse on almost all social determinants of health, as excellently demonstrated by our boy Rhys, entirely due to the decisions they choose to make in pursuit of being real grills. They drop long-term partners; fail to make new ones; become increasingly hostile and paranoid of outgroup members (very bad news in biological males); their work performance suffers due to interpersonal beef or an insanely tight focus on ONLY their own issues; make less money and turn to "sex work" or "activism"; estrange themselves from family supports due to perceived bigotry; they take up substance abuse because the community enables insane risk-taking... the trans activist lifestyle does everything one could do to shorten their lifespan except kill themselves. It's not shocking that many male transitioners end up dying alone in hoarder houses. I would bet that's where Rhys is headed as soon as his mom passes.
I think the situation is that trans culture essentially gives certain types of people an excuse to stop repressing their socially unacceptable behaviour. Rhys is a perfect example - he’s a lazy, hate-filled narcissist who uses transphobia as an excuse when people call him out. I guess maybe it’s a chicken-and-egg thing - the people who troon out are horrible, so being horrible becomes trans culture, so it attracts more horrible people.

Rhys and his big ass gear standing starts. Only a man who has some retarded need to chest beat would say they that. It is pointless wasted training time, if he is actually doing it, because his track discipline does not have standing starts with big gears.
He does a flying 200m so is already up to speed when the clock starts, or match racing where they are already moving. He does Keirin, too, and that starts behind an ebike or motorbike thing.
This is just another one of his bizarre training things he does like thise one legged pushes he was doing where there is more chance of injury, or breaking equipment, than doing any good. Maybe the straining will push his cock back out just before the chain snaps and he breaks his jaw on a knee.

His bike pic upthread....chain too tight and saddle is comically too far back, but the latter might be some weird potato photo thing. I press X for doubt that he is out on the bike but i would love a pic if he is.

If it is somehow necessary to include a legal name, it's time for a Steve Brown or John Baker or Tim Smith to shine.

Does Rhys even have a single friend? I know he had pedo roommate, but pedo roommate got party vanned. He's also sucking up to the likes of Kevin Gibes on Twitter but I don't know if amhole proximity counts as friendship. I don't think I've ever seen him mentioning hanging out with someone or doing something with someone. He always works out on his own and he didn't have a single defender at his former University. No partner, no friends and though his mother seems to tolerate him they don't really hang out. I would feel sad for him if he wasn't Rhys.

I'll have to take a look back in this thread, but a year or so before leaving the states he met up with some troon in North Carolina or Virginia. I think he gave Rhys a sweatshirt or something.

Other than that there was the troon in England that Rhys blew off at the cycling event.

There was also this instance in 2019 when he said he was paddleboarding with his female "BFF." It sticks out in my memory because it's so obvious that Rhys was/is always alone. He has no friends and takes pics with a tripod and camera timer. Someone else is clearly there with him on this paddleboarding trip but he never mentioned the BFF--or paddleboarding, lol--again.

By female I assume he's referring to a troon, because if it was an actual woman he would say something like "vagina-haver" or "person who menstruates". And you gotta love the 24 hashtags. My personal favorite is #olympichopeful.
