Is it really that hard to believe Ukraine just does not want to be part of Russia? Canada and the USA share the same language, have similar cultures and a deeply intertwined history, and if you ask the average Canadian if they want to see American tanks rolling into Edmonton you would probably get a negative response.
For all the talk that I've swallowed "the propaganda" of Globohomo, there sure are alot of people who have swallowed the Russian propaganda too. I get that there is nuance to the conflict here, but at the end of the day Russia was the one who decided to send tanks over the border preemptively.
