I left for similar reasons as you did. Compared to everyone in Myth everything she felt really stilted. She talked about it recently that it wasn't until late 2021 that she felt comfortable with streaming and all that comes with being in the company. I think after she started the TTRPG everything started to click for her and she's far more comfortable. Started playing the games she wanted to play, reorganized her members content so it wasn't so exclusionary (She was the only one in Myth that used the tier system) and she found collab partners in Gura, IRyS and Bae that actually challenge her shit rather than cater around her and keep her engaged. It's not perfect, but it's a good start.
