It's outrageous that she doesn't earn a paycheck, brags about being a "fulltime volunteer", while spending way too much of her free time trying to make people miserable.
Given this is Kiwifarms, I can't very well shit on her
just for poking fun at people online. I know you've been a target of her, but you and are and I are gonna be coming from different places on this. You are an online personality. I am a shitposter on KF. She's actually closer to me than you, I think. Certainly, I have no aspirations of fame and fortune.
The issue here, I think, is that she's bashing online CG personalities, not doing a particularly good job of it as of late, and becoming a drama-llama herself. Though she claims in the leaked audio conversation that going after JDA and bringing up Ribbitcoin shit again was all Dean's idea, I have my doubts. It doesn't really matter though, because her current situation is going to be treated like blood in the water to all the people she's bad mouthed over the years.
She brings up something against a CGer
now, all they're gonna do is mention the default judgement, say the case concerned defamation, and then rub that in her face.
Then the few fedora tippers she has left are gonna trundle out and try to put on a 4 hour Powerpoint presentation about what a megafaggot Preston is. Said presentation would probably be 100% factually accurate, but all the "normies" are gonna see is that she got sued by a guy who got pegged in the ass for defamation and lost. Their eyes will glaze over as you try to explain the deep lore.
I have seen this shit happen before. JDA is one thing, but she doesn't have the fanbase of somebody like YF, TUG, or yourself.
She should
seriously consider taking a break from all this online shit and focus on herself right now. Everybody needs a break now and again. I'd like to think even her supporters would agree with me here.
If Vikki doesn't pay, they will seize any property she owns and auction it. After that, Preston has the option to put her in jail, until she puts up bond. Bond is usually the amount of the judgment.
That second part is
exceedingly unlikely.
A judge could theoretically find her in contempt and confine her to jail, but the necessary elements of
any contempt order is that she have the ability to comply with the order and is willfully disobeying it. If she doesn't have the money, she doesn't have the fucking money. Courts are not like mafia loan sharks. There are rules.
To my mind, it is
highly unlikely she'll be incarcerated if she has absolutely nothing left to give and can actually prove that.
Not to mention that it's completely counterproductive to jail a broke person and deny them the ability to engage in gainful employment to pay off their debts. The court knows this.
