If anyone can understand this more than me...but it says arraignment on the 22nd, but on the 10 of this month is something that says "FINDING OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW" where it says that since the alleged crime happened in Cherokee Nation that it is no longer a case for the state and will be refiled in tribal court. So maybe he set something up with the tribal courts or whatever or he was caught by his warrant since he was in jail on the 2nd for the night. Either way, I'm glad he's getting this all taken care of and hopefully he wont be away for too long.

The Purpose. Findings and conclusions show the appellate court that the trial court applied the right standard and found the facts necessary to support the judgment.

Basically, presenting everything to back up why he should be charged for the crime hes been arrested for.

She’s probably got some form of pcos due to being a death fat . Any period she would have would be light and short . She has a potatoe phone and filters the fuck out of her photos, but she probably has a bit of facial hair too. Either that or ma shart has her on some long term form of birth control .
