So many of these FTM types (the ones who don't want to be "seahorse dads") are freaked out by childbirth and speak about birth like it's absolutely horrifying because of the complications and issues.
But c-section scars are less prominent and less likely to have complications, from what I can see, than these mastectomy scars. Some of these women are honestly so scared of using their parts for their evolved purpose that they'll do things 10x more horrifying to themselves to avoid it. I really don't get it. You could have some of the worst birth complications and get through it more intact and functional than the best-case scenarios for these sad self-harmers.
