My thoughts recently: FOR FUCK'S SAKE, OLLIE. Only 6 months after I wrote "please somebody tardwrangle this zombie a bit".
Finally, a literal menheratuber. On a more serious note, I don't really know what to think about this one. If she's actually schizophrenic, I'm not sure becoming a vtuber is a smart decision concerning one's mental health. If it's just a part of her character, it's going to get creepy and/or cringe pretty soon.
Perhaps someone went full autism at Ollie's doxx, trying to dig out her name and adress?

Curious why her becoming a vtuber, mostly thru video uploads, would be a bad idea? I think the meme of being schizoid might have influenced your mind vs how actual mentally ill people interact with the public. Money is a hell of a drug and she doesn't have anything else going for her. Got pointed toward her breakdown a day or two ago and at one point she said that she really doesn't want to grow up. She sees Vtubing corpo as all fun and games when it isn't at all. Burried herself in school debt for a degree she doesn't want that she's about to get, about to fail because of shit grades, classic 'doesn't want a normal job' mentality.
I still wonder why people think that none of the successful people don't do some level of planning, thinking, or PR with their vtubing stuff.

As for your earlier comment on model swapping, no clue. Only thing I can think of is because she doesn't want to be associated with the old character, but at this point if that's all you think you have left, why wouldn't you just go for it?

I don't think there's a hard 'rule' on it, as Finana mentioned auditioning to Hololive and Nijisanji. It's more that it's just barebones OpSec to not announce it. Everyone inevitably gets found out but at least you can sit back and say it wasn't self-inflicted.
...And then you have Marimari who basically announced that she's at least looked at the audition form.
Speaking of her, I've been watching her since I was made aware of the audition form. That girl can talk. Even with a couple hundred viewers she's able to bounce off chat and jump from topic to topic for hours on end pretty much seamlessly. It's a talent that goes curiously underappreciated in an industry where talking as entertainment is about 90% of the content.

My take is that the editor person *maybe* has a grievance with some glibness, but her qualifications were an editor familiar with her streams/community, which he wasn't so regardless of skill, it was not what she was looking for.
With the discord mod/artist, it was not a "You totally traced" it was "Hey, this artwork has these red flags which can suggest tracing, so this might be the reason" along with the artist accusing the mod of saying they disrespected Saruei character, when he was clearly talking about the other artist that the artist brought up as an example.
That and the fact there is serious traction picking up about said mod calling a turbo sperg a retard when he's acting like a retard and writes a 7 page google doc about it leads me to believe that aside from any of her previous escapades, she's 100% in the right through all this, sans backing down, and the people going on about it are loathsome faggots who are a fucking cancer in any online space they inhabit.
