When Wikileaks has to do a distribution of something like this, they encrypt it and withhold the decryption key. Getting a few hundred or thousand people to download the archive via bittorrent without the ability to decrypt it ensures it can't be taken down easily, as Magnet means even it getting nuked off a tracker doesn't stop it. They can then give the decryption key to say, Project Veritas, which would be my immediate thought. Going outside of the US would also be an option; various British news outlets, for example.

If I had something like that and didn't mind my inevitable suicide via multiple gunshot wounds to the back of the head, I'd retain a lawyer and ensure they had a copy, then reach out to multiple traditional media outlets at the same time. A lot of them would protect the uniparty, but the more involved the more a chance one of them will break ranks for the clicks.

Is there a non-zero possibility they have some form of degenerate shit going on over there? Shit that the Russians might be about to get evidence of? Do you think Putin would sit on that evidence after Biden has been actively trying to use Econo-warfare to destroy Russia for the crime of defying GloboHomo's assigned magic clay?

If you want to get technical, the DNC could just stage a mass shooting where a lunatic wearing a covid mask shoots up a crowded location in a red state (Florida maybe) because the people weren't wearing masks.

This gives the Democrats the chance to villify mask wearers as mentally ill and how we "need to stop the mass psychosis gripping out country now that Covid is over", to further hammer home the idea that Covid is done. Plus gives Biden another mass shooting to try and push for gun control, as far as tragedy to exploit.

In short, no.
Latushko is a political opposition figure within Belarus (now conveniently out of country in Poland...which makes sense), and the @'s to various US figures is just a desperate bid for endorsement amid him calling the Belorussian actions related to Ukraine as illegitimate/ill-advised.
Blinken's twitter is almost entirely talking about foreign aid to various war zones today (Ukraine included), and mentioning which various diplomats he's meeting with to discuss the Ukraine situation. The State Department twitter is entirely that and rattling off various #WomenOfCourage honorees (wasn't inat'l woman's day last week?)
TBH Twitter's actually really misleading users by marking the head of what basically amounts to an unofficial Belorussian shadow government as a government official. He holds about as much of an official position as Donald Trump would had he established the "True Presidential Cabinet" after 2020. Yeah, the fraud may be there to justify it, but the international legitimacy really, really isn't.

Well it honestly wouldn't surprise me if the US has all kinds of fucked up things going on in places like ukraine. I mean it was a running joke with the xfiles that the americans and russians both had secret gulags in ukraine to test vaccines for the black oil. They didn't include that joke because the US doesn't do shit in ex soviet shitholes

Well that's the weird thing, from what I've been seeing on /pol/ and according to that Latushko guys twitter, there have been some explosions and sounds of conflict in Belarus today, which made me wonder if there's a coup attempt taking place.

That might be as much about scaring Belorussians into compliance and creating justification for martial law. Lukashenko/Putin did something similar last spring when the locals weren't taking the former's claims of winning the presidency 90/10 at face value. IIRC he even blamed US-backed Ukrainians as being behind the terrorist plot.
