She already can't hide it. She has admitted she cannot do things anymore because of her size. Add her getting naturally older and as you age your body declines. Only with hers it's a cliff face railroad track way down instead of a mild slope.
Her skin looks like shit because she eats like shit. All the skincare products in the world won't mitigate clean eating (this goes for Tess too). She has sallow eyes and is immensely jaundiced because her body is fucked.
Someone else already pointed out in a christmas picture she has a diabetic foot issue due to the angle of her bare feet when sitting (its in the highlights). One edge points out weirdly. She has lymphedema and lipodema (which she admits to) as a result of being 550-600lbs. She also complains of heart issues in terms of her trying to walk around and keeping having to stop. This is from lack of endurance mostly but I wouldn't be shocked if she had high blood pressure as well.
She's a chronic alcoholic who is often visibly drunk because she needs to drink daily now to feel "normal" now ... thus has to day-drink and thinks we don't notice the liquor carts or when she's entirely lost in the sauce. She's also been shown with hand shaking from her alcohol shit. This does not help things like her skin color which can also be from your liver or gallbladder nope-ing out and being unable to filter things.
People who are deathfats who aren't consistently losing weight are consistently gaining wight. It's why Dr.Now on my 600lb life chimps out when fatties plateau. It means a weight gain is imminent. Anna is not losing weight and is physically unable to maintain her weight. Therefore, she is gaining weight.
Anna also is deathly afraid of doctors and not just for "big mean doctor told me im fattie fat fat " but because she KNOWS she fucked over her health and any lab tests done even from the most HAES friendly doctor will make her face reality. She's basically said this too that, she's scared to know the truth of what's wrong.
Im not an MD, I just am a nerd who reads a lot of papers and farms hard. I can't play speculation in good faith for that reason. But I can assure you, that we are already on the health decline arc and it had begun before she even had a thread here.

She's starting to show the cracks, I feel like this cow is about to produce in a big way. Her skin is grey and purple and she has sores that don't heal, and lately she is betraying looks of absolute fear and panic. Her panic tantrums on live stories are diverging more and more from the couple-days-later official posts, where she voiceovers that she "did it yall" while stumbling over some sand. Which is it Anna? Are you so upset that you can barely walk a parking lot, or did you smash them goalz?
It is irritating because the lie she tells is that she's 'just like you!! (Only, like, better)'
And blatant, obvious lies are inherently condescending, very annoying if not rage inducing (like, some in this thread are fkn pissed off), to people.

Hi, longtime Anna hater, kinda newish lurker on here and I just had to say my peace:
I started following Anna when she was still working in tech and traveling to India, Japan, etc, a lot. She was a mediocre hate follow then but appreciated her weight loss efforts and kinda learning her story. I, myself, am a fat. Never near a death fat but spent my 20's inbetween 14-16 and now in my mid-30s am an 18 and 8 months pregnant with my second ( this comes into play later). I dont even hate Anna because shes fat or a death fat. I'm fat- like own it or dont but dont lie about what its like baby. Though I do hate her for all the million reasons that have been mentioned before on this forum. But her recent trip to Hawaii really got me because I just went there myself (big island not Oahu) and my god she does not show the real story.
First the plane: Theres absolutely no way she doesnt have to buy less then 2 two seats and I dont think she would fit into a roomier first class one. I shared a row with my son and husband and was happy to not have to put the little arm rest down. Shit was snug for when it was down, which is a fun reality im facing lol but even sitting in the first class seat for a second while I waited- that was the perfect comfy roomy seat for me. There's just no way she could fit in the first class being more then double my size with my huge fucking belly rn.
Hawaii in general: Its a very physical activity heavy kind of place. I really felt my size there but again even at a size 18 and 8 months pregnant, i was still walking around the volcano park and "hiking" to waterfalls. I just don't believe for 5 seconds she could even keep up.
Restaurants: I noticed at every restaurant the size of the chairs. I'm at the point now where I cannot fit my belly into a booth so I notice. Theres no way she can even fit into any of those chairs. Like truly dont understand its possible unless she was on benches. Some of the restaurant chairs felt snug to me so how could she possibly get in them??
Just random shit in general: The beach tommy bahama chairs- no way not for anna. The airport waiting chairs. absolutely not anna, sorry girl. JUST EVEN WALKING DOWN A PLANE AISLE TO GET TO THE BATHROOM. HOW ANNA HOW?!
Oh and I weighed myself today to see if i too gained 30lbs. I ended up losing a few pounds and i indulged like a motherfucker. yet i just did normal tourist shit and not "daily 8 mile hikes" i guess. hmmm so weird.

Edit, out of curiosity I sometimes peek her looks if how it looks on the model intrigues me. This is what the blue suit looks like from back on the photoshooped MODEL. It is still an unflattering cut even on a smallfat. I don't understand why some plus size brands do this. It makes them look like fat shamers. I don’t hate Anna at all, as a perpetually single, childless woman she isn’t hurting anybody. I find her content truly baffling, and the fact that her knees have not completely disintegrated is a medical mystery I cannot comprehend.
Bottom heavy women who aren’t obese often have knee problems because their knees tend to point inwards. Anna is such an extreme example of this. Hundreds of lbs of pressure on a sensitive joint. It’s insane.
She is now going to puerto rico. She hasn't posted because she had the owies. But that's okay she went to an event with food and now has the energy to post.

I don't think it's part of the suit. Lining is more flesh colored in every swimsuit I've ever seen. That is more than likely something much more horrifying.
Her back boobs are bigger than her front boobs but they both rest at the same level on her body.
I was about to comment that I was amazed to see that she actually wore one of her insane lipstick outfits in public and then I get stopped in my tracks by her absolutely bonkers assertion that she ALWAYS does this.
