Not that it's a particularly riveting panel in terms of content but it's interesting they went with Suisei and Watame to accompany Fubuki at the Press Conference. Shows to a certain extent that they have management's trust.

In the last episode of Suisei's last radio show, she mentioned she had a hand in the production of the concert. Summary from twitter: "As for the live, Sui had a hand in producing it as well, directing various things in the presentation, so she knows how the live will go, but knows nothing about the exhibits." So maybe that's the case for Watame as well.

I think it depends on how the actual model is designed. I am not sure whether it is adjustable in-game or not. From what I can tell, no, but I have also never used VRChat
