Exactly. That troon does look very similar to a lot of older obese women. But that's the thing, obesity makes sexual dimorphism less pronounced, so the waitstaff probably just mistook him for a portly, unfortunate-looking woman nearing retirement.

Oh, god, i fucking hate this people with burning passion the ones that say "Actually you should say X instead of Y because X amount of people may be offended and its just rude to say it" Like, what they gain correcting people like that?
