Okay, there's 4 comments on the incel song.

All are hidden though.

Comments are turned off.

Suddenly it's not being released after all.

BUT HE'S NOT MAD.

He'll need a dub or voice-over if the commercial wants a prayer of not going over 3 agonizingly slow minutes.
He'll need to harness half the AWS cloud to power an AI to deepfake his face into not scaring the elderly waking up in their recliners to 3am infomercials.

edit for grammar tism

What could have made him not release his " next big hit" and remove his AGT post?
Thoughts?
I remember there being that one excited comment, now nothing. But the post says 4 comments. The only thing visible is his latest one. Anyone catch any other comments today?

Looks like he blocked the person who asked when it would release.

Did he have any kind of deal or contract with the guy that actually sang the song? Like, it must be released in 2022, or it has to be released on this timeline?

I forget what shit kicker service to used to find the guy to sing this but if I were the one that sang this opus I would be...a little annoyed, if Russell wasn't releasing it to the world when he said he would.

It's a cool pop song, had me rolling. That's like the shit a 1950s dad would say trying to relate to his son's Hendrix records.

Russ uses some very weird wording but this just visualized in my head so well how out of touch he is.

RUSS, NO! We all want to groove to your sick beat! Don't you want to get famous? How are they going to give you a Grammy if you won't release the song? ARRRGH

My theory remains that he's never paid whoever produced the song, so they haven't given him the entire thing. My guess as to why he's backtracked on releasing the song is that he's probably been attempting to crybully the producer into giving him the song at a reduced cost/for free/before he fully paid with a promise to make good later (yeah right) on what he owed for a while now, because of plights/disability/poverty/whatever excuse he tried to use this time. Eventually the producer just blocked him or threatened to sue him for his contractually owed compensation. Hence why Russhole is now no longer "releasing" the song, because he's never getting the finished product from this contractor and he doesn't want to pay money to do it all over again with another contractor.

I just feel like he's engaging in some serious Swiftism right now. We relied on his words and his representations that the song would release soon. As a public figure he has a duty to us, his fans. He used no disclaimers and therefore something something vicarious liability.

I'm feeling shafted, cockblocked, and overall #swifted.

My Jimmies are Russell'd.

He's fucked over freelancers before. In his Taylor Swift screed, the art is noticeably not draw by the same person throughout the book. We figured out he got free samples from several artists, then stuck it all in the book so he wouldn't have to pay for it. He was probably trying to get it for free like you said, and knowing him, he threatened to sue if they didn't fork it over without receiving payment. I'm a freelancer (not music), and if someone threatens to sue because I won't cut my rates or work for free, they get blocked and told to have their lawyer contact me. Never had a lawyer reach out. I suspect once Russ started demanding freebies or making threats, they probably hit the block button and moved onto paying clients.

You know, if something was important enough to me that I sued over it, I'd verify I had the right time with the court documents before I put it into my phone. But I'm a fallible mortal, so what do I know?
Maybe I'm an obsesso but any time I know I'm going to be in a court, I scope it out in advance, basically by calling the clerk and asking if I can just walk around and look at it and see what kind of media is available, so if I have to show something, I have it. I also ask what kind of stuff I can have. Can I bring in full multimedia? Am I limited to just a legal pad and a pen? The latter is very common, where only counsel of record can have any kind of electronic device capable of saving information.

I can't imagine being so lazy and retarded as to walk into court with no idea what I was even allowed to do, much less to show up late for a legal proceeding I COMMENCED MYSELF. It shows absolute contempt not just for the process but for every other party involved. As well as the judge. And the entire public for that fucking matter. Fuck you, Russhole.

The judge had already dismissed the case when Russ graced the court with his presence. The judge showed immense patience when he reversed that ruling and let Russ present his disaster of a "case." I'm sure he regretted it almost immediately when it became clear Russ had no idea what he was doing. Russ thinks nothing of wasting other people's time because it never even occurs to him that other people have things to do besides deal with his litigious ass.
