I just do not get it, why did Erin get an AmHole installed before perfecting his clothes, hair, and makeup? This irks me. Like idk, most actual women will try to perfect everything else before they attempt cosmetic surgery, yet these troons will go out and chop their dicks off when they haven't even mastered a single outfit or simple eyeliner technique.

He is both likely skinwalking someone and is just flat out not gripping reality or attempting to. He's marginally better than most troons since he's mostly inspired by church ladies who helped him out, a group that is both HIS AGE and actually puts thought into their dressing up (several normal troons do not pass the tshirt and jeans on a woman vs a tshirt and jeans on a trans woman test yet, they have to put in more effort). He is also not yet going full fucking fetish and wearing kawaii clothes or straight up fetish gear.
Sadly, all that above gives him a wall of compliments from those who cannot reach his low level yet that make his head too big and he thinks his outfits of the day are notable or even good. So he thinks he's perfected it.
Lastly, dysphoria, real or imagined, usually manifest in hatred of the genitals. Reshaping them is a bigger priority because it keeps them from obsessing over it or fuels their coom, and as we've seen, it usually helps neither. The uncomfortable part for a lot of troons who get the surgery is their genitals, not the lifestyle they were living before.
