??? How was she not aware of KiwiFarms? Where else on the internet is there indepth discussion of the opposition of trans issues? Was she primarily a LipstickAlley user? Did she really somehow miss KF all this time in her bubble of TikTok and YouTube and is now surprised to find her publicly available photos shared?

I stopped keeping up with her post-ban and she has consistently stumbled in most postings since then. If her partner did die in May of last year, she's still less than a year out and about six months into a seemingly manic episode given how often she posted on YT and late night rambling streams. Kind of makes sense there's a sort of decline in the writing now and extreme paranoia that people are "out to get her".
I'm interested to know how she was financing herself. She appeared in different office settings so I feel like one could assume at least a part time position but she's living in California which can't be that cheap? Her Patreon was canceled right? Is there a significant amount of donations going to her? I think I heard that she was living with an aunt before? Is she receiving some kind of disability benefit?

In a new video Exulansic claims she has given CPR to an adult and to a kid, and that she saved a 50-something man's life.
It's possible, but I don't automatically believe any medical claims she makes anymore. Aside from that the video is decent.

She was aware of Kiwi Farms, I distinctly remember her mentioning it in one of her now lost live streams. She specifically said that people kept sending her Kiwi farms threads but she felt they were too long to read.

Yes she made a Substack as a replacement. I don’t know if she produces content for it (not looked). I don’t think she’s been cancelled from PayPal yet but the loss of ad revenue from YouTube must have stung.

In my limited experience, there are two types of people who call themselves fluent in a language in casual conversation without any qualifers: people who grew up in a bilingual household/lived in another country for like 10+ years or people who took a language in high school. Everyone who's competent in another language but not like... perfect will openly talk about their weaknesses in it.
She also doesn't make enough stupid mistakes like forgetting words in English, fucking up spelling, finishing a sentence in a second language, that sort of thing. Obviously could be wrong, but I suspect she's not as fluent as she presents herself. (Although remember that the city wok guy from south park is fluent, that is, he can have a conversation without long pauses or difficulty understanding him. It's possible she's like that as opposed to like... Antonio Banderas.)

There is no "Washington monument" in New York. Plenty of cities do have some statue or monument to George Washington, but the famous one known specifically as the "Washington Monument" is in DC. Baltimore's Washington Monument is older anyway.

So I kept finding pics of her in the "trans" era with this... man person... woman... individual. I am profoundly bad at spot-the-Aidan, so I went to his facebook and found pics of him in drag for Halloween, I think, which suggested "male but swishy" not "female who regrets cutting her tiddies off."
Right after finding this is when the piece about her "medical transition" was sent to me.
Now the point of sending this to me was I was confused about the connective tissue disorder and why she no longer needs braces she used to need and can now powerlift. Here she explained it: her claim to "medical transition" is depo provera, injectable progestin-based birth control, and that the suppression of estrogen from this made her joints less fucky. I have heard this story about estrogen and fucky joints in the past and will not comment beyond I guess that's an actual thing since pregnant women's arches collapse and shit. And no, this doesn't change my mind that she's a hEDS munchie, because if she wasn't a hEDS munchie and actually had something rare and novel like one of the flavors of cutis laxa she'd just fucking say it. She's clearly not shy about using these things to win arguments, so my best guess is she knows hEDS is a "lol ok munchie" diagnosis these days.

Eta: based on bias, I can accept that she was a lesbian in college and that her friend is either the gay friend or a sad simp. I wanted the latter because they don't perform hysterectomy on women under 30.
If I was to armchair, I might actually attribute most of her medical issues to PCOS. It explains the excess facial hair, the thinning/balding hair line, the complaints regarding hormones and estrogen (she would be producing more testosterone than a woman without PCOS so taking BC helps balance it back out) as well as the ongoing joint issues as PCOS can cause chronic inflammation and arthritic symptoms. A lot of women tend to be overweight but there are a subset of women who also actually struggle to gain or maintain a healthy weight because of the insulin resistance issues that are tied to PCOS. She may have also gained a high pain threshold by experiencing debilitating cramps from her periods and she may not have fully understood the damage she was doing to her joints during that chronic inflammation which in turn would lead to a desire to wear braces for short periods of time during that increased pain level.
She may also have had some rare Eagle syndrome whatever as a child. I think that explains her interest in speech pathology and wanting to help others who might have similar issues. I know nothing about that medical disorder though so I can't armchair whether it created a body wide long term issue for her but the way I've perceived it being spoken about is like a cleft lip? Like it's an unfortunate disorder some are born with and there's a surgery to correct it and you go on as Joaquin Phoenix?
However I still agree with the assessment she's a munchie but a "special type" who was too smart and applied it all the wrong ways. She likely does diagnose herself and seeks doctors to affirm what she believes to be true but in doing so like first year psych students has complicated every symptom to equal something fantastic when in reality she coukd just have fucked up ovaries no one has looked at for the very real reason of poor female reproductive health care.
