Serious answer: like many of us, she is a typical AmeriMutt born of multiple waves of European immigration. Her mother's father's mother was Irish and she got her middle name, Duella, from that branch of the family's surname. That woman married a French catholic dude. Her mother's mother's side of the family is all southern Italian. Her father's side is Danish Mormons and most likely German Lutherans.

So yes, she's Irish, but a few generations back there. The actual interesting part of her heritage, as @Ronnie Rocket points out, is that her paternal grandmother is descended from fucking handcart pioneers. But that doesn't win enough points in the culture wars, I guess.

As far as the geisha thing, I really wasn't even trying to make a big deal about racism/cultural appropriation/whatever she sperged about. Seriously I was just trying to make the point that, despite her now acting like she grew up steeped in Native culture with a deep appreciation of it from childhood to the point where visiting an Indian Mission traumatized her, the only culture she showed any real interest in was Japan because she was a weeb. She doesn’t “account for” shit, her definitions change based on whatever she’s found on Google or pubmed. She literally had never heard of CAIS until a few months ago when it was mentioned by someone in a live stream.

Wrong. TT is OBSESSED every waking moment of her existence with a very rare disorder called CAIS (complete androdgen insensitivity syndrome) where people who are XY on a chromosomal level cannot respond to testosterone and develop a completely female phenotype. Typically they do not realize they are not XX women until they fail to menstruate at the appropriate age. They have all female sex characteristics including a vagina and vulva but do not have a uterus.

TT has been able to find one example of a person with CAIS trying to "become" male. It was written about because of the complete failure of the physical transition because they cannot respond to testosterone. Otherwise people with CAIS identify as female.

Why would anyone care if these rare people who are literally indistinguishable from woman, have been socialized as women, and are treated by the world as women are on a chromosomal level not technically women? No one would, unless they are a cow.

TT wants all female assumed babies to be tested in infancy for CAIS so that they can be appropriately ostricised. She says that's best for women and girls because being around anyone with the wrong chromosomes is bad for us, thanks TT.

So the infant would get the standard hearing test, display a slight hearing loss, and then the doctor would immediately know to diagnose a disorder that primarily affects the reproductive system without looking at the reproductive system.
