Sounds like two fujoshi just wanted an excuse to hug him to me and then he interpolated their horniness into something political sounding for asspats. What did "standing up for gay rights online" even fucking mean in 2019? Was this about Trump being president, who put gays in his cabinet, or being mad at JK Rowling over her opinions on troons? What issue could you have even been fighting for in 2019 when it was all pretty much settled eons beforehand?

People like him love niche communities, it lets them sink their claws in even when they have little to offer in talent or personality. As for gay rights, if he's anything like similar figures I'm familiar with in other communities, he probably deluded himself into believing that being a gay man means he is in fear for his life at all times. So much so that supposedly he could bully peoples' parents into letting him sleep with their kids in their house.

If none of Daman's online history existed I'd be inclined to believe it was entirely fabricated, but it's bizarre that someone just happend to make "fake" accusations against a guy who really did act creepy and weird online. And seems like Daman's posts from the time confirmed that he moved closer to the accuser while they were friends.

I'm not trying to be schizo but is there some larger conspiracy going on here? Things morphed so quickly that I find it hard to believe the accuser was spooked by getting his details revealed. That was almost a guarantee to happen eventually. And it looks stupider to say you lied about everything than it would to just let the accusation stand and be criticized by some. If he wasn't pressured by legal action in any way, I fail to see how retracting this hard benefits him. I wonder if Daman himself contacted him. :story:
 
The thing that also really hangs me up are whether or not the DMs are real and Duncan's claims of wanting Daman to feel sorry for "abandoning" him. Is that referring to Daman ceasing contact with him after he got a girlfriend or something we don't know? This whole situation is just so bizarre.

Daman's response to the accusation was that the situation was consensual though, he didn't tmk deny any part of them except that there was consent for the sexual contact.

I'm legit impressed that Damam Mills has this much power to flex. Always thought he was too low-tier by clique standards to be meatshielded this much. Then again TPCi's Jessie has used him as an attack dog over someone calling her VA work shit.

Look at how the people with information are handled by media even when they've done something wrong. When they aren't killed, they're coddled and everything is quickly hidden.

Not so sure. Sony is all about appeasing the "woke crowd" and standing up for the "communities." But if they did, I'm sure there would be a lot of sony homophobia and such with constant attacks. As large as most the funis are, it'd be more of a rollout than a walkout.

It didn't mean a thing, just another game of oppression Olympics for these people. Just like a lot of things, it is an unnecessary battle over nonexistent issues and for something they already have but continue to believe they need. They have everything everyone else have, they just want to be coddled and have more. I don't know much about the red flags about such, but I do know most anime fandoms need to be avoided.

I'd almost feel sorry for her if I didn't know how vindictive and overall toxic and unpleasent she is. I still can't believe she did a whole essay rant about not being able to enjoy Sailor Moon and how its legacy was forever tarnish in America because Todd Habberkorn works on the dub. Birds of a feather, and all that.

Even if Mills did have a relationship with a kid that doesn't matter much. George Takei literally admitted to it as well on an old Howard Stern show about his escapades at summer camp No one cares, because Takei has all the right politics and platforms.

It's obvious there is gay-ops going on. It's always gay-ops. Gay-ops since fucking 2014 when some internet autists said no over video games. I think people underestimate how much the other side is invested in this. They do view this as some significant culture war and they think they have to use any tactic possible to mow down the other side and write their own version of history.

Mills may have not been significant on his own, but he's on their side, so time to circle the wagons and to conspire together to muddy the waters. I don't know, maybe this kid was just scared shitless by lawyers, but the weird shilling here, on Twitter and on ANN says something weird is going on to me.

Not sure how much you know about the Chris-Chan arrest, but when people were talking about him raping his 80 year old, likely dementia ridden mother, there were people who seemed more concerned that he was being "misgendered" because he claimed to be a trans woman. I wish I was making this up.

Believe me, being gay or trans holds far more weight then the actual crime being committed to many of these people. If someone does something like, say, request nudes from a minor, you'll hear a lot less (if any at all) condemnation from their peers if they consider themselves LGBT (at least until the person does something that they personally dislike. Then you'll hear about it for months.)
 
The thing is though, Daman's career is now tainted. False or not, he's leaving a shadow especially since its also confirmed he's racist and predatory. Time will tell if he gets blacklisted.

I would love to know where he got lawyers from though because all the va work and social media in the world does not a profit make.
