Troons like Jim and all this asshurt over JKR are having the oppisite effect than what they want to happen. Normal folks will start to pay her works attention again. I do not have any interest in any fantasy books JKR has written but I do like crime novels and the crimes novels she writes under the name Robert Galbraith are pretty fucking good and I would not have found out about these books if it was not for the twitter troons tardrage.

The anti-JK stuff has its origins in charity protection rackets. When she released A History Of Magic In America she was worth a billion dollars, something the native american hustlers were very keen on dipping, so they began a systematic twitter campaign to insinuate that Rowling was a racist for not including their mystic mumbo jumbo in such a broad title. Instead of replying "shh! no spoilers for the sequel!!!" or just ignoring them completely, she caved immediately, and by the time they had finished with her she'd invested in the region of $127million into various red indian charities. She'd just recovered from that shake down when LBQT came sniffing, and she suddenly discovered that she'd done the exact wrong thing in paying out to any social justice charity. JK believed her Feminism card would protect her from anything the queers could muster, only to discover it is only ever about money and the extraction thereof. Still, she dug her heels in, and here we are today, with the trannies still trying to provoke a payout for themselves.

Not that Jim knows any of this, of course.

And despite the controversy of the last one, she's written another Strike novel that's coming out in August. They haven't stopped shit.

That is part of it but I think it's also her brand of feminism and her charities for 'women and children' aka everyone but men but the problem is in the UK but we're increasingly going down the 'trans women are women' route and she likely won't legally be able to exclude anyone who identifes as a woman and in fact they'll potentially be treated as the bigger victim.

In my opinion what's riling her up in particular (And other of the older style of feminist) is the Scottish goverment is super woke and seems to do things just for the sake of looking progressive, for example we're currently doing a census and they've added questions about sexuality and trans status, but feminist groups weren't happy over the goverment's decision to allow people to self identify their sex without need of any legal documents and started a legal battle, after winning their case it got appealed and immediately after the goverrment sent out all the census's without allowing any time for a counter appeal so it's pretty clear where the Scottish goverment bias lies.

Okay, I'm not really all that well-versed in UK geography, but... I didn't really think Scotland of all places would be particularly woke. What is the average Scot saying about this whole thing?

Scotland is leading the UK in the far left politics, which is why Count Dankula was prosecuted for teaching his gf's dog to do a "Nazi salute" and also prosecuted a guy for saying mean things about Captain Tom. I can't think of any English cases, yet, where people have been prosecuted for Twitter comments other than bomb scares and death threats.

Didn't Jim bitch about game dev companies closing or being bought out if people don't support them? He's claiming the opposite here and he's already stated that JK wasn't really involved in this (as have many people confirmed). Also hasn't he bought "problematic" games in the past to review them?

If this was coming from any other game reviewer, fine, but I find this is height of hypocrisy for him after many of his videos talking about supporting the devs even of bigger game companies is not saying fuck the devs because he's personally offended about an imaginary genocide. Also kek at him "I wont feel safe around you" given the shit he's said previously and his clear perversions I wouldn't be shocked if he were on a watchlist somewhere.

Best part is, she makes her point in a polite and civil way, while many against her behave like absolute manbabies. All she needs to do is pin a single tweet clarifying her positions and she stays ahead. I'm honestly on her side in this one precisely because she isn't doing anything wrong yet she's getting treated like she put on an S.S. Uniform and went on a televised speech about how transgender people should be genocided, which is fucking absurd!
