The last complaint isn't well thought out. Of course police is going to look for evidence, witnesses and identity of possible suspects, that's literally their job in that situation. They aren't going to just take the victims word for it and not just because people do do false police reports both out of malice and misunderstandings. You need more evidence than that for the courth and the victims usually don't have all the info anyway because being one person they have only so much information to share. Contacting the place of crime is a perfectly straightforward step. It's not much to assume that the rape victim reported that she got raped by a man she shared a hospital room with, so the police would ask about something about that. Then the hospital not wanting to be associated with a serious crime or having a pro tranny policy isn't forthcoming with information about the other patient being MtF, just tells that she shared a room with a woman. It's also possible that the nurse questioned genuinely didn't know the trans part if all of her information came from paperwork about who was accommodated with who. Police then comes to a logical conclusion that the victim's story doesn't add up and goes with that witch makes the shit go on longer. This isn't that unbelievable chain of events. To no one's surprise on the incident where a UK hospital told the police "there was no rape because the rapist was trans" #BelieveAllWomen #ExceptIfTheRapistIsTrans
