Granted, I live in a relatively lower cost area of Burgerland than say, LA, but I see people bitch about the food and gas prices, remember what they are in say, the Nordics where stuff is even more expensive, and I just go "meh." I guess I've just seen "worse?" It's not hyperinflation at this time. Also most people don't appear to even budget for food, and just blow whatever they have on chips and frozen shit. Even $150 will still buy a lot of crap; $150 orders regularly clog my belt if I don't have someone around to help bag it as I go. Frankly as long as I can afford a bottle of Diet Coke I'm not complaining too much. I very rarely drink and don't smoke so my main vice is soda.

Dollar stores don't sell frames big enough for diplomas, but Walmart sells some very nice looking ones. I bought mine there for like $12, but never got around to hanging them up. My husband never even bothered to frame his. Maybe someday.

I've used smaller Dollar Tree frames for other things, they are definitely cheap, but they work fine for the price. Some look okay, others are obvious garbage.

I've heard that their pregnancy tests are also super accurate, although I've never needed one for reasons. Their greeting cards are more than fine for my needs as well. Still 2/$1 even despite the price increase.
