I would take whatever western militaries have to say about Russa's tank being OP with a grain of salt because half the time they do that it's to get more money pumped into them.
This is the IS-3 all over again.
Effectively useless tank that was so terrifying it was used to justify rapid developments in western tank developments to the point Russia could never compete again.

What's dumb is we don't need to do that again, let's focus on mogging Russian cyber power or something since every physical capability is already taken care of.

@Sailor Kim Jong Moon cant quote you, anyway

At this point the only real solution its compromise: ruskies leave ukraine and pay reparations, but in exchange the separatists territories get autonomy (not the same as independence or joining russia) and some sanctions get lifted. Meanwhile crimea goes back to ukraine but the bases there are under russian jurisdiction

That way everybody gets to save face and you defuse the situation. In an ideal world western help would flood ukraine turning it into a country closer to say the czech republic, but IRL after this is over nobody is going to give a shit. The west cares so little that they had 8 years to arm ukraine for a confrontation with russia and they didn't, just egged the country to go to war and shipped some manpads and helmets when shit got real

Frankly I dont think the west even wants ukraine to win, after all if it does then what will be the excuse to not let them join the EU or even nato now? western government simply dont want to spend the trillions that it would take to bring ukraine to western standards, or deal with their utterly corrupt society. If ukraine losses the west still wins, they get to keep the sanctions, yurop military spending will keep going up, rich neutral countries like finland and sweden will join nato, etc
You are out of your mind if you think that Russia will ever willingly leave Crimea or even the Donbas. Paying reparations is also not even close to being on the table.

Crimea is a majority Russian territory that wants to be part of Russia. It's different from the rest of Ukraine. Any Russian government that would be willing to give it up after Russians bled for it would be dragged from the Kremlin and be massacred in the streets.

Even if Putin isn't a Jew, although strangely he was given a greeting for Jew in Israel, Putin is the literal opposite of based. It's no surprise the homosexual Mexican midget backs fellow manlet Putin, despite decrying him before, it's frankly sad how some sensible men idolise that Zionist (minded) dictator.

Rabbi Yosef began by saying "according to the Jewish tradition, your leadership is decided by the kingdom of G-d, King of the world, and therefore we bless you: Blessed is the One who gave of His glory to flesh and blood."

We haven't seen what amount of equipment losses are for the Ukrainians.

But they also must have suffered heavy equipment losses thus far.

They're also leaving a lot of equipment behind every time they pull back from a untenable position like the example in Volnovakha.
It is being tracked on the same website.
There are many reasons that the count is inaccurate but it is at least an honest attempt at cutting through the bullshit and likely the best we are ever going to get. However, despite it's faults, just assuming large quantities of unseen losses seems disingenuous. Especially since publishing such evidence would be in Russia's favor for morale and propaganda purposes. The Ukrainian units are doing it. Here's a watermarked image put out by 10th Mountain Brigade. https://postlmg.cc/xJK5PfWF

The Crimea is just way to damn strategically important. I doubt he'd drop the issue even if the Ukrainians switched back to the Russian orbit and literally handed over the heads of western leaning politicians.

Didn't the Anonymoose larpers poke at Russian sites at the start of the war?

Yeah they threatened to do fucky shit with a nuclear reactor. Hopefully they were full of shit about being able to do that, because obvious reasons. Hell, I'm not even that fond of the Russian government, but I'd gladly hand those fuckers over to them if they actually were going to pull that.

Russia has spent billions in Crimea and also built a bridge to connect it to Russia.

Crimea is also the place where most of Ukraine's maritime natural gas is located.

And I think everyone here agrees that Crimea is strategically located to dominate the Azov sea and it's an easy access to the Black sea.

You are out of your mind if you honestly believe that Putin would ever cede Crimea.

I'm not sure how much of that was even real aside from the DDoSing which is a nothingburger.

Russian cyber is no joke but le anonymoose is. One does actual hacking, one DDoS's and runs loud port scans on public-facing IPs then runs an automated CVE lookup.

Nigger thats what "compromise" means, get it? and you think the ukies are gonna be happy about basically capitulating part of their country to ruskie separatists? crimea going from being a lease to a permanent foreign base? after 8 years of civil war and a russian invasion? keep in mind the "reparations" in this case will be on paper, if ruskies decide not to pay then nothing happens, but the point is to end this shit

I'm not really sure they come out ahead on that trade tbh. Unfortunately for the ukies, they can't make new tanks, and that was before the war. Now if it's two or three tanks for every one of theirs, maybe it's a good trade.
Kinda. The T-64 was built at Kharkiv. That's why they kept them. They have all the tooling and equipment. They also have major refurbishment depots in Lviv, Dnipro, and Zaporizhzhia. The issue they are running into is that the old stored vehicles basically need to be gutted as all the lines and wiring and fittings and hinges and everything is rusted and rotten and leaky. They have a lot of old hulls to work with, more than they could ever use, but it is a lot of work putting them back into service.
I'm even skeptical that the T-14 or a Western-made tank could withstand one in combat conditions.
Western tanks have active protection systems that work. T-14 is supposed to have one and the newest version of T-90 is supposed to have a system derived from Armata's as well. But alas.

They made it seem like they 31337 H4X0R the nuclear reactor, but then it turned out they just ddos a public webpage to check on the equipment that wasn't tied to anything in the actual plant.
Literally paid 20 bucks to ddos a public UKRAINIAN utility website that, if anything, hurt Ukrainian officials trying to give a quick check on the plant from afar

I mean I get wanting to be do pictures with celebs. But fucking Bono? No amount of power is worth that.

That explains why America is going down the tubes, your leaders are listening to fucking Bono. We kicked him out of Ireland for a reason you daft cunts!

That's the thing. For normal Americans, Bono is just an old Boomer who wine moms and aunts listen to and who was made fun of by South Park for being literally a piece of shit.

But the people with money adore him. And here's where I put on my tinfoil hat. Bono is able to generate wealth and prestige with the right sort of people. It's a sort of soft power. It's a soft power that has currency in DC and among our managerial class. It's not what you know, it's who you know.

He has his stupid charities. His charities are a front and paid for by a lot of very well connected individuals. Billionaires. People will pay $5,000 a plate to listen to him speak. Hell, people will pay that to listen to Nancy Pelosi read a poem written by him.

Power leveling isn't allowed by I knew one/more individuals who work/worked for Bono and had co-workers who gushed over the fact that said individual got to work for him. And that gets to the soft power again. If you're some shit tier Congresscritter from a suburban district, what better way to get prestige than have one of your supporters daughters get a cushy gig for a Bono charity where she has a do-nothing e-mail job that affords her the chance to go to exotic locations like Europe or Asia or Africa to "feed orphans"?

It's a way to reward your supporters. You get cushy jobs for you kids. Or your supporter's kids. You get them into fancy schools. You get them into prestigious internships. This gets them cushy jobs where they to can eventually get a gig as a Congresscritter. Or a news anchor. Or Whatever.

Now multiply this out time and again. All these charities and NGOs with some celebrity like Bono as a mouth-piece are the millstones that turn grift from DC into power.

Conspiracy addled rant ended.
