Her complaining about Princess Peach has no merit when she was part of the party in two RPGs and had her own spinoff where she saved Mario & Luigi from Bowser. If only she bothered to take some time researching her topics instead of making kneejerk videos, at least she's lost a ton of relevance over the years.
To be honest, I never liked most of the designs of the MK girls because the majority of them look like bimbos that took too many steroids and got illegal bolt-on breast augmentation surgeries on some third world country. One of the most glaring issues is how small both their waists and hips are so most end up with a V shape figure with small asses and long abdomens with shitty leg to body ratios.
If they wanted some atractive female designs with muscles then they should've taken some lessons out of George Kamitani and how he drew the Amazon for Dragon's Crown or the main artists for the Street Fighter games from 0/alpha onwards, Chun-Li has always looked good in most of the games she's been with the exception of MvCI (but everyone looked bad in that one).
I agree that Banjo & Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts was a subpar sequel to the previous two entries, even if I hate the collect-a-thon genre from B&K.
The LOG character meant to be self depreciation towards the trend of gaming during that generation AND Rare's games themselves, I actually agree with it. Particularly with the FPS genre popularizing during the seventh generation AND collecting random things for the sake of completion.
I think Rare was too hard on themselves then. Their Kinect titles were actually great tech demos.
Astrobot has had more platformers put out than Banjo kazooie and Astrobot was first debuted in 2013.Im still surprised Microsoft still hasnt tried again, especially after the sheer cheering of BnK being in Smash. People clearly want these characters back for real and are willing to forgive and forget Nuts and Bolts.
I Have No Brain and I Must Hot TakeShe doesn't even have to do research, just look at what's presented to her.
You're asking for a world of pain if you leave a trail of bodies behind you.in her Hitman vid she was whinging about how players were rewarded for wantonly murdering everybody
Princess Peach is a badass in Super Mario Adventures. Her complaining about Peach has no merit when she was part of the party in two RPGs and had her own spinoff
Except for Sonya Blade's cleavage revealing midriff baring flak jacket. It looks ridiculous and constrictive. (Yeah, Shape Khan's getup is similar but at least you can argue he can move in it).I prefer the MK9 female costumes over most of what Mortal Kombat females wear nowadays.
Its so bizarre people talk about skimpy outfits and male gaze when, 1) You have a lot of shirtless males in the game AND series. 2) This series isnt meant to be realistic at all, its all meant to be hyper stylized action and gore.
Who gives a shit to what a sexy female is wearing when she is kicking my sorry ass with a big ass combo? And then looking pretty once she wins?
I dont know, MK females were always great and engaging characters to me and their costumes were always on the skimpy side (Kitana and Millena's first outfit was literally a leotard that shows their legs and arms)
It just feels so stupid when people give a shit about this, in series about hyper violence and senseless gore. Maybe it was weird for Sonya to wear something like that but most of the other females were more than fine to me, they are from another dimension after all.
Most media are very creative when it comes to male charcter design, you got hot young guys and ugly old guys and everything in between, but female designs tend to stick to a few archetypes.Except for Sonya Blade's cleavage revealing midriff baring flak jacket. I think "every woman needs to be hot" and "no woman is allowed to be hot ever" are both equally stupid takes. If your game has both big titty hotties in their underwear AND rough bitches that look like they eat nails for breakfast I will buy it
Console gaming is on the decline.I have never liked handhelds.
I saw a collection of life masks in a film museum in Hollywood. I had no trouble recognizing the men -- Boris Karloff didn't look anything like Peter Lorre -- but the women were tough to tell apart. Most media are very creative when it comes to male charcter design, you got hot young guys and ugly old guys and everything in between, but female designs tend to stick to a few archetypes.
I've never understood why some women get so upset by breastplates (be it in games or other media). If you're a woman, those boobs have got to go somewhere and it's going to get real uncomfortable real quick if they're not properly accommodated.Last time I heard of her, she was complaining that The Mandalorian has breastplates for women.
She's also adorable when she swaps clothes with Luigi (and starts chucking Bob-ombs)I Have No Brain and I Must Hot Take

I'm left with the feeling of two neighbors discussing politics across their garden fence. Lots of opinions and few facts offered.
She seems really sex-negative, too: complaining that GTA has prostitutes. Last time I heard of her, she was complaining that The Mandalorian has breastplates for women. Ironically, she is terrible at taking criticism and blocks people/disables her comment section.
It's sad to see what happened to "breadtube". It was new and novel for “lefties” to have an audience bigger than 12 subscribers. Now? A transparent attempt at networking and clout-chasing.

I just looked up this Mandalorian controversy expecting to see some ridiculous metal push-up bra boob armor, but it's actually barely noticeable by Hollywood costume design standards.I've never understood why some women get so upset by breastplates (be it in games or other media). How about no.To be honest, I never liked most of the designs of the MK girls because the majority of them look like bimbos that took too many steroids and got illegal bolt-on breast augmentation surgeries on some third world country. Say no to female chest protectors, say yes to binders. Yeet those teets!I've never understood why some women get so upset by breastplates (be it in games or other media). Warrior Within is the best game in the series from a mechanical perspective and innovated on the first game's core mechanics in an intelligent, logical way.I really liked Prince of Persia WW
Panzer PeachShe's also adorable when she swaps clothes with Luigi (and starts chucking Bob-ombs)
Aight i can dig Chun Li, but last chick is too much into fetish territory for me
