I think it would be more obvious from his behavior overall if he were THAT drunk on stream. He says the n-word often enough off camera for it slip out while he's, presumably, a little buzzed, so it stands to reason that a legit sloshed pigroach is even more apt to let loose with it.
Among other embarrassing things, I'm sure.

We all know the reason he talked about Leanna's hospital visit was because it was Leanna, not him, who had an episode, and later on, when addressing the fact that she dumped his ass, he was all "It's no one elses business", because then the truth would've wounded his ego. He's very sensitive as soon as it's about him.
Of course. Any white guy who grew up in the '90s has gotten used to the soft-A version, to the point where they use it, even if it's rare. Phil is a white guy who grew up in the '90s, except he has only ever gone straight for the hard-R, which means he says it way more often the aforementioned, because he's too stupid to be scared of it, or grasp the difference.

Pretty much. Plenty of other folks are like that, it's just extremely colored with Phil (no pun intended) because he's the type to get all shitty with others when his behavior has consequences. So whether he's hateful towards blacks or not, he's going to come off that way, and no amount of educating him on anything is ever going to accomplish anything. Whether he's meaning to be offensive or not, he can't handle any criticism, and refuses to change, so it doesn't even matter what he considers offensive. He's going to keep doing it, even if he has to hold back while on stream.
It stands to reason he lets loose off camera, with a LOT of things. He has already been caught calling someone a retard in one of his Patreon videos he quit doing because someone leaked it, instead of just, you know, not saying such things.

Going by what he tells us, and I know he lies all the time, he leaves the snort fort once a week for a few hours to buy groceries (X) and pet supplies.

but to answer your question. he lives in seattle, im not sure that place is known for being sunny.
phil also only goes out once a week to buy groceries or cut his hair. so according to that, he gets one day a week of indirect sunlight at best. even then, its not even close to a whole day.

He takes Vitamin D supplements because he knows he doesn't get enough sunlight. I know he likes to stick to his autistic schedule, but it's not like stepping outside a few extra minutes a day is going to kill him and make his life worse in any meaningful way, unless he values gacha over his health.
It's pretty evident he just prefers being inside all day since it's a combination of laziness, stupidity and fear of the outdoors.
