They'll either make it illegal for him to run (the federal government can declare anything illegal now, it can be a judge or the president or congress or the CDC), they can censor all of his public appearances on every mainstream channel, or they can actually let him do the run and just cheat even harder with the election. There's no way he's ever allowed into the White House again. If they somehow fuck it all up and he's inaugurated, I'll eat crow and be happy to do so.
We're not being given a whole lot of reasons to care about the war other than a bunch of stories. But where's the war footage? Countries can't invade other countries without war footage getting out. If they say there's a war, show me a war! Normies don't realize why they don't care, but that's why.

I strongly doubt that every channel would comply with that level of censorship, if anything, for the monetary value that Trump would provide via ratings.
Given the degree to which the man was subjected to spying and investigation, with not one attempt succeeding, is telling. They’ve had their fingers in his asshole for years- before and during his presidency. And with the investigation in NY collapsing…really makes him look like one of the cleanest guys out there.
Don’t underestimate the ineptitude of the federal government.

Find a company that isn't going along with the "yay Ukraine" narrative right now. Very very few and every day there's new headlines about some new company being bullied into submission. They changed the name of a fucking Chernobyl videogame so it has the Ukranian spelling! They'll go along with whatever they're told. All they have to do is say "Trump is working with Russia" and everyone who fell in line now will do it again.
They silenced a sitting President on social media, stole a presidency, they're selling you a fake war, and you think they won't silence Trump everywhere?

We've discussed this before, but the feds actually cannot just say "you can't run because mean tweets." Barring a successful impeachment that has a ban on holding public office as part of the ruling, there's no way to ban someone from running for president as long as they're eligible (35+ years old, natural-born citizen, resident in the US for 14 years). There's Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment, of course, which the (unconstitutional) 1/6 Commission is aiming to use to not only ban Trump, but also get rid of a bunch of other Republicans in one fell swoop. But there's a whole lot of debate one can have about whether it could still be used as originally written (a judge used the Amnesty Act of 1872 to throw out a lawsuit against Madison Cawthorn), and they'd still have to actually convict Trump of treason, which is an uphill battle to say the least. And if Republicans get control of the House in the midterms, I imagine the commission's days would be numbered.
As for media censorship, I think you're underestimating how much ratings drive the media's behavior. Trump was a ratings bonanza for the news networks, so they wouldn't willingly kneecap themselves just because it's the Right Thing to Do, especially now that they're in a ratings nosedive. If the feds told them not to, then that's a blatant First Amendment violation, and good luck keeping that under wraps. A single staffer leaking an email to the general public, and now the feds look even more like dictators.
And with regards to cheating, there's putting your thumb on the scale, and then there's throwing the scale out the window and declaring yourself the winner. With the massive discontent with the Dems and their failures over the past year, it would take far more than just a couple ballot boxes showing up at 4AM to overcome their current electoral disadvantage. Not only that, but Republicans are considerably more on-guard post-2020, and the more people there are keeping an eye on things, the harder it will be for cheaters to slip through the cracks. And let's not forget the continued investigations into 2020 fuckery; I really hope Wisconsin decertifies their 2020 results, if only to see the reaction to it.
Now, I don't doubt they'll use every tactic at their disposal to prevent the return of the Bad Orange Man, but remember, the feds do have limits, even if it doesn't feel that way sometimes. They're only human.

Also worth noting the previous polls that put him above 40% took a sample of all adults, while Rasmussen only sampled likely voters.

I never actually considered this until today, but after all the comments I made about other world leaders, could this be a low-key way for them to openly declare Brandon as illegitimate?
Since Brandon came into office, more and more grumblings surfaced about voter fraud. The states Trump tried to get help with this from flipped him the bird. Then Brandon started fucking up bigly. Over and over. And those same states then called for audits on the ballots as if this was their idea, not Trump's.
And then I said that world leaders are all watching this. I said that a few might even call him illegitimate openly. But could this be the new "Let's go, Brandon?"
It's not illegal to not use US currency for commodities transactions. So they're not doing anything wrong. And the US can't make these countries deal in US dollars. They didn't swear or post a mean tweet. It's all on the up and up, so you can't say anything bad if they want to do a rupee/ruble exchange.
Anyone have thoughts on this?
