Meanwhile in Kharkov
Meanwhile in "Kiev"

I've said it before, I'll say it again:
There is only one way to stop this and that's for Ukrainian higher ups to suck it up and surrender.
Whoever thinks they can win is delusional.
Putin isn't gonna stop. Can't stop, wouldn't stop. Literally.
West will not stop egging Ukrainians either nor will they provide any real help. Because yuros need gas.
A fucking tragedy none of us probably expected to witness in our lifetimes.
"The Russians are killing Ukrainian children, so the Ukrainians should just surrender and suck Putin's cock as enthusiastically as me."
Lol. I'm sure glad the current generation weren't around during WW2, because this kind of weakness would've guaranteed a German/Japanese victory.
Let's have a reality check:
The front has barely moved in a week. Frankly, it's barely moved since the first few days of the war. For a myriad of reasons Russia is bogged down and has failed to achieve any of its military objectives. The only significant success was the capture of Kherson, but the Russians can't break through Mykolaiv and push onto Odessa. Kharkiv, Sumy, Chernikov and Kiev remain solidly under Ukrainian control.
The only likely gain we will see in the coming days is the fall of Mariupol, albeit at great cost. Initially I expected Russia to win, even after the initial setbacks. Given we are three weeks into the war and Russia is making no major gains, and is already at the limits of what it can effectively mobilise without suffering even greater logistics problems, and military aid is pouring into Ukrainian armories... I'm not so sure now.
The Russian military was clearly not built or prepared for this kind of warfare. The fact that they still don't have control of the air and cannot keep forward positions supplied and moving demonstrates this. I don't think they can maintain a costly stalemate for weeks or months, eventually they are going to have to negotiate a peace with Ukraine - most likely Ukraine will have to make concessions, but it will remain sovereign.
So it seems to me there is still every reason for Ukrainians to resist, and if they want to live in a free country, that is the only sensible option. Surrender is not the moral option just because it might stop Russia from blowing up more kids. If you really think that, you have a terribly warped perspective.
