It's doable but it is going to take significantly more of an investment than their government thinks. Their plan seems to be "show up, remove nazi, go home" it isn't going to work like that. It's going to take a good chunk of their military being on occupation duty for many years and that is still not going to be any guarantee it doesn't Afghanistan the minute their people leave.
