Are you retarded? Holding "in a baby" isn't physically feasible. Your body tells you when you gotta go and give birth NOW. I've never had a child, but all the women I know explain it like "your body just takes over and knows what to do". How else could you explain women giving birth in cars on the way to he hospital or literally the least opportune time in the world if they can just "hold it in". You can't just get a nurse to fist her hands into your cervix to hold it in like it's some Dragon Ball Z kamhameha energy ball.

Humans even with the utmost NEET training can't hold in piss or shit for an extra 8-14 hours after they know they "have to go this very second".
