YouTubers you hate that everyone else likes

Honestly for me, my issue for him is when he does bloggy stuff especially his Botched with Babish series since I really don't care about his personal life.

That was a main point of contention with me as well. Like.. dude. People want to see you attempt to recreate food from TV and Vidya, no one gives a shit about your personal bullshit.

Cr1tikal for reasons mentioned above.

Dunkey because his takes are always wrapped in a layer of plausible deniability. If it's a good take, it's serious, if it's bad, it's a joke. Not bad on its own, but criticising him in any way will usually get the fans (or on rare occasions Dunkey himself) attacking you for not getting the joke. Yes I am nitpicking and biased, fuck you.

Max0r. Don't know if I can't stand him per se, he's just Sseth without the bite. Or humour. I just don't like him. Although the term "Discord Sseth" comes to mind.

Wildcat. I still like/watch his content, but I find the lifestyle/"behind the screen"/money flexing videos annoying. Thankfully, they're usually once a month or so. Oh, and what felt like an eternity of playing seemingly nothing but Amogus with the rest of the Banana Bus Squad.
Dunkey's an annoying contrarian shitheel for the sake of being an annoying contrarian shitheel. The salt from Sora's Smash announcement was great.
Critikal and SomeOrdinaryGamers for a lot of the reasons previously posted.

Reaction channels in general need to die. It was funny watching people react to shock vids like 2 girls 1 cup but people reacting to lame ass videos that are already on YouTube is just pathetic.

Reaction videos are an introverts substitution for being unable to engage in even the most minute small talk over the least consequential topics, if you can't just show a video to a friend in some chat or someone you live with or nearby, then that's a sign you can't even handle wasting time watching dreck in a sane manner.

I've seen a couple people say this. I don't watch him much myself, but how does he show this?
In his early uploads he would just make a vid about some food from media and leave it at that. Once he got real popular and moved to Brooklyn he started to ramp up him rambling, talking to himself and showing his gf and staff along with random nonsense that has nothing to do with food. People basically dislike that he inserts his life into his content and extends them by talking to himself or showing his face rather than just cooking and doing a voice over talking about the dish.

Pretty much this. He's a good content creator when he just sticks to voiceover and cooking, but its when he inserts his personal life and doing random shit is when he becomes cringe, most evident with his "Botched by Babish" series

Well... of all the fates to befall a member of the extended Van0ss crew, W1ldcat got off pretty easy compared to everyone else.

He also has a certain, unmistakable smugness to his voice. It almost comes across as talking down to the viewer.

And you can practically feel the obnoxious California/Portland Hipster vibes he puts off.

I'm told he used to not be as bad, but all I know of his stuff is from the last year or so.

Content creators thinking we give a fuck about their personal lives has been ruining things for years.
Long before Kotaku got shitty for autistic culture wars reasons it was shitty because I didn't need daily fucking updates on Brian Ashcraft's stupid retard kids.

probably not a cow but lore reloaded just sucks. if you watch star trek stuff you’ve gotten his videos in your recommended. his content is basically reading the wiki and interjecting brain dead hot takes like the dominion were the good guys. he has 100,000+ subs and can barely break 20 k on most of his videos. he uses his kids to justify his ebgging, something that really gets on my nerves. he’s also very sensitive and will respond to even some light trolling.

Really just applies to any "can I beat X game by doing X thing or by limiting X feature"? Most of these videos don't even try to do anything impossible, usually just not allowing themselves to get some singular item that might slightly improve their ability to survive till the end.

I've seen exactly one channel that did that in an entertaining way, and it was the guy who spent 8 hours trying to finish a level in starcraft 2 with zerglings only.

I don't know what makes a good youtube channel though, I guess someone interesting enough I'd learn about something from them instead of just listen to them talk about something I liked?

Because most of them either know in advance that it's not only possible, but fairly easy.

Or they know of some glitch/exploit that trivializes the whole thing.

Personally, I hate the clickbaiting titles and such more than anything these days.

'I tried survive with OVERPOWERED ATTACK STATS and this happened'

I started to consider unsubscribing from channels that adopt this titling method. A mundane topic isn't any less mundane just because you make a rare pull seem all that interesting.

They wouldn't be as bad if it was "Beating game with X weapon" instead of "Can you beat game with X weapon," since that's what the scripts for those videos tend to end up as anyways.
I still enjoy those types of videos since they can sometimes show off some neat part of the game you'd otherwise overlook, but they definitely have misleading titles.

I found the guy I mentioned and he did an april fool's spoof of those that was kinda funny.

Mostly does Starcraft stuff. I don't know much about it but I think he's pretty entertaining even so.

Lowkey reminds me of GrayStillPlays though the click-baiting also extends to his thumbnails, which are obnoxious, to say the least.

There's another one for the bucket of Tubes I dislike.
