He was banned from intagram for a few hours for the racial slur. Grammys haven't said why they dropped him from performing (he is still nominated for five major awards and can attend), Kanye's people just referred to his "concerning online behavior". It's probably about all the Kim Kardashian/Pete Davidson drama as a whole and not just the side-spat with Noah if that's actually the reason. But personally I think it's because he's even more crazy and erratic lately and he's pissed about Marilyn Manson. He and MM are friends and MM collaborated on his song Jail which is up for best rap song, but the Grammys ruled MM didn't contribute enough to qualify for the nomination, maybe motivated by his ongoing abuse allegations. I think there may be some drama behind the scenes with Kanye wanting to bring him out to perform or concerns he would go too off script.

Not exactly Biden-centric, but I just realized what the invasion of Ukraine is about. I originally discounted Russian interest in Ukrainian farmland, since Russia is food secure. Then I remembered that China needs massive food imports, and that's one of the main things holding them back from open aggression against the USA. If Russia can secure Ukraine's food production, then that would free up China to act against the USA directly without having to worry about their population starving and revolting. I hadn't considered that angle when the spooks started screwing with Ukraine, but now it seems like a massive win for that block if Putin can manage to pull it out of the western sphere entirely.

Between gold and silver? It's debatable silver has a lot of industrial uses so its value is tied more to the US economy than gold.

Really depends on how bad you think things are going to get. If you think the economy is going to implode but society is mostly gonna continue than gold, silver, and crypto are probably okay, personally I have doubts about crypto. If you think we're going straight mad max than yeah stock up on guns, ammo, and canned food.
