I'd question why - I mean "getting his house back" results in him then being unemployed and with a tonne of sickly alpacas on his hands (with Kindness being no help at all). But obviously this isn't about making rational, sane choices, it's about getting back at Penny - I guess Penny would be more mad if Bonnie returned to living on the tranch over if Bonnie just sold the property.

In theory if Sky is on board the "let's fuck Kindness" train, then there's very little Penny can actually do to stop Bonnie moving back in with Kindness.
