Well it seems as an attempt to get some easy exposure, Illfonic decided to toss a couple of writing credits to their buddies at Funhaus, James and Elyse. It's not like they have any legitimate writing work that could've earned them these positions.

They even reached out to internet attention whore and Roosterteeth adjacent Greg Miller and Funhaus regular Rahul Kohli to do "voice acting" in the game. Obviously another easy way to promote the game.

They previously went down a similar route with their Predator game where they handed out voice work to a bunch of the Funhaus crew. And the game before that, Friday the 13th, has been tied up in copyright lawsuits for the past 5 years.

it's been like, 3-4 years since I was involved with that shit so I don't super member, I just remember the company was incompetent from a game design/publisher stand point and had some weird shady shit.
