It can happen but it's not super common. People don't often petition for an order of protection unless the situation is already serious. At that point, there's already an abundance of evidence to suggest the person you need the order for is a serious threat to your well being.

I haven't read the filing but, I can take a wild guess that Patrick either didn't provide enough evidence to suggest the order was required, or he did provide enough evidence and the judge thought this wasn't worth it.

Paddy, short for Patrick, has been used as a racially charged term for Irish people.

So, while it may be inaccurate to say he is homosexual, it is correct to say that he is a racist term.


I hate this calling accurate insulting words “slurs”.

For instance, tranny is a derogatory term for transvestite, transsexual, transgender, anything with the prefix of “transition”.
When one calls a transvestite a tranny, it may be insulting, but it is not a slur on their character, it is an accurate description.

You know, I'm sure there are many times here on the farms where we've all looked at the subject of a thread and thought "This person isn't actually that much worse than a lot of the populace is behind the scenes. I'll bet if they weren't putting it online nobody would even notice".

This individual is not one of those cases. Without joke or hyperbole, I do not understand how Patrick S Tomlinson is a real human being.

imo an important facet of patwatching is that while he is usually angry online 24/7 and he thinks it's somehow macho to lose his temper that way, when he is most asshurt is when he pretends to be chill. I don't expect he will address this loss directly outside of "wrong again child". when he lost to quasi he just cope posted. when he was eating thanksgiving alone in a shitty bar he cope posted. the "living well" card is pretty pathetic when you play it after trying everything under the sun to persecute the trolls by legal means.
