That was my first thought when he mentioned the silver nitrate - if things are healing well, he wouldn't need it. But honestly... I think we all knew he was lying his ass off about how well his healing was going and how beautiful his "vagina" is, probably because he feels like he can't admit he fucked up because all these awful evil "terfs" would be right if he did.

As for the testosterone - even women need some very small amount of testosterone. I'm guessing he's having some kind of medical/health issues due to extremely low/no T and is trying to frame it as something that makes him "just like the other girls".
