If this is someone else's screenshot she could have said "thanks for the flex but it's really unfair you're taking away my livelyhood". I think she is being dubious on purpose. The concensus is that you only get any money that has been transferred to your Adsense account. You can be terminated from Youtube but still use your Adsense account for other Google services. Termination of the Youtube account does guarantee termination from the Adsense account.

Don't forget they pay a month in arrears. Youtubes own example states that if you earn money through June, by the 3rd of July it'll go from estimated to finalised, then it takes until the 21st of July to be paid out.

Right youtube pays for the previous month. I know when Ethan Ralph got banned from YouTube and he received his last month’s payment before the ban. The stream that got the channel banned was refunded.

Chantal would get the month but most likely not the month she was banned in.
