Opinion on the argument comparing women getting breast jobs, nose lifts and other cosmetic surgeries as empowering for women but trans surgeries are fetishistic skin walking and mutilation?

One is a waste of money, but its acceptable because sometimes is necessary, like if you are really ugly and the women doing aren't saying to everyone that its a life saving procedure and want the government to pay for it and no, isn't empowering, its just a cosmetic surgery dude, and yes some women takes that do that have some sort of problem with their self steem and they exagerate in theses surgery, but that isn't their fault, so they are way more sympatethic in my eyes while troons do it to become a new person, like our friend said, and they also expect everyone to pay for that procedures and to gives them compliments, plus men have no breasts so its weird and wrong to have a titjob as a men.

My opinion is simple, theses accusations in the gay cases are false and in the troon case they are true plus gay people just want to be treated the same as straight people, they don't want anyone kissing their ass for validation they just want respect and they are easy to ignore, if you don't like them just don't get involved with, live let live, the same can't be done with troons since they need external validation and want society as a whole to adapt to them so you can't just ignore.

Not exactly related, but after scrolling that subreddit for a bit, I keep seeing "mlm" pop up. As in, short for "men loving men."

I have never seen an actual gay man use that before. It's like a TIFujo calling card, I think it started on like fanfiction sites for describing slash fics then eventually got picked up by the trans crowd.
