I might be going crazy, but those don't look like the same building. The buildings in the background look completely different and the "Sport Life" building that sticks out into the parking lot is on the wrong side of the front of the tall section. Maybe the after photo was taken from another angle and then mirrored to look like the before image?

I'm not saying this is propaganda or some fake news shit, but it just looks really weird w/o context...
How 'bout now? I flipped the aftermath pic.

lol that shouldn't take much. Our infrastructure's essentially held together with spit and 20-year-old duct tape. I imagine a single malformed ping to some ancient substation control system that has no business being connected to the internet will do the trick. Cascading failures on aging power grids are fun for everyone!

Give me my ping, Vasily. One ping only.

"Countries where authorities don't tolerate people providing alternative coverage to the mainstream narrative"...

Those of us in either North America or Europe should be ashamed that it's our "DUHmocracies" they're referring to.
Speak for yourself I live in a cool illiberal democratic European state modeled after such successful countries as Singapore, Turkey, Russia and China.

Kill me.

You ever wondered how wartime propaganda could become so ludicrous throughout history? How imperial Japan could claim they were defeating the US navy in 1944? How people thought ww1 would be over in a few weeks? How Chinese commanders during the opium wars sent messages to the emperor describing great victories while their fortresses were blown apart with hardly a single casualty on the British side?

My, how stupid people in the past must have been!

Right. And unless Russia is planning on trading opium to china there is no historical precedent of anyone getting rich by doing so. That's why I called the "we don't need europe, we have BRICS!" talk sour grapes.
The Chinese are paying a pittance for Russian natural gas, and seem generally to drive a hard bargain, being as they are yellow Jews, and the rest of the BRICs are either too small or too poor. India for one thing has some of the poorest people on earth, whatever gains have been made in past decades. They likely drive a hard bargain for oil like the Chinese did for gas. The Russian military machine will likely seize up if the Germans and others with limited alternatives, a sort of captive market, get complete alternatives, not partial solutions like emergency US shipments of LNG.

Bad news for Russia than, at the very least it will be a majority alternative solution for Germany which is the biggest Russian oil and gas consumer.

If only geopolitics could be solved by presidents duking it out in a duel..

The last time an English king did that and lost, the whole damn island ended up being ruled by Tudors.
Worse. Before that, some idiot name Harold caught an arrow to the eye and they ended up ruled by Normans.

And you wonder why Bongistan is as fouled up as it is.
