Not a big fan of how hard this has been retconned. Bella was a manipulative sex blackmailer who was already trying to use Chris to groom some girl. At the bare minimum she knew what was happening to Barb and held on to it for way too long. Its possible to be complicit in someone elses crime without being the person who "made them do it."
