I don't think they were ever that close to begin with. IIRC, Cole was 19 when Chris was born, and he got out as soon as he could.

But I think the fact that he's entirely cut off contact from Chris says it all. I don't think he'd honestly give a shit if Chris wound up homeless, because in Cole's head, Chris is basically a Barb-drone.

I don't know, my opinion on Cole varies. On the one hand, I absolutely do not blame him from cutting off from Barb. Even if he's exaggerating, we know for a fact that she's a shitty parent and a selfish human being who will exploit anyone for her own personal gain. On the other, it must be clear to him that Chris is not right in the head, and so can't entirely be blamed for the fact that Snorlax has him in her thrall.

Mind you, given that Chris' recent attempts at contact have consisted of, "You're a self-centred cold-hearted bastard! Given the opportunity, I'd kick the shit out of you! So anyway, you should get back in touch," the tomgirl doesn't exactly present the most compelling argument.

Yep, that's the one I saw. I thought it used to be on the cwcki but had been taken off for some reason, possibly for being fake.

And people will fake anything. Weens fake all kinds of shit all the time even more trivial and dumb than this. In this case, all you'd have to do would be to snip the html for an actual tweet, substitute in whatever text you want, and then screen shot it.

Note: not saying it is fake, just that it would be trivial to have faked it.

I think Cole's stance on Chris has been the same as Megan Schroeder. Disappear, block, and don't ever look back. And both have been good about not being lured into cool guy reindeer games.

When Chris edited his comics to include that Sonic was actually Sylvana, was that his way of trying to avoid copyright infringement by going "It's not the real Sonic! See!"?

Yeah. Chris is missing the forest for the trees. (In a desperate attempt to maintain as much of the Sonichu comics as he can.)

Also, you are generally allowed to say stupid shit about people, even people who have thrown you out of their store.
